Inspired by the work of Caroline Myss, this meditation focuses on your first three energy centers or chakras to support your shift from a past-focused mind to a present-focused mind, drawing you into the life you want to be living. When we quiet and begin to observe the mind, it’s easy to see that habitual thoughts are often what occupy our thinking. These habitual thoughts generally stem from past experiences, causing us to limit our potential to move into a more creative life experience. This meditation is meant to introduce you to your three lower energy centers (chakras) and use visualization and affirmations to focus your mind on what you more deeply desire for your life.
