Welcome to this guided meditation to help you sense your energy.

You can do this meditation either in a sitting position or standing.

If you're standing,

Stand with feet about hip width apart,

Knees relaxed.

If you're sitting,

Palms are upright in your lap.

Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the expansion of your body as you inhale and the contraction as you exhale.

Bring your attention to your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your arms.

And as you inhale,

Really feel the expansion through your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Moving slightly outward.

And then as you exhale,

It all relaxes,

Releases,

Releasing any tension from your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your neck,

And your arms.

Let's continue this for five breaths.

Breathing in,

Expanding the chest,

The shoulders,

The arms and exhaling and relaxing.

Let it all relax and release.

And again.

Breathing in,

Expanding and opening,

Exhaling,

Relaxing,

Contracting,

Releasing.

Another breath in and release.

And again,

Breathing in,

Expanding shoulders,

Chest,

Arms slightly open and release.

Relax,

Let go.

Now bring your attention to your hands.

Notice your palms and bring your attention to your right hand.

Allow your attention to drift to your right pinky finger.

Just notice the entirety of that finger,

Both inside and outside.

And let your attention draw to your right ring finger,

Noticing your full finger inside and outside.

And as you continue relaxed breathing,

Your attention drifts to your right middle finger,

Noticing both the inside and the outside.

And your attention goes to your right pointer finger,

Becoming aware of both the inside and the outside of your finger.

And now your attention comes to your right thumb,

Noticing both inside and outside your thumb.

Your attention now comes to your right palm.

Notice the whole palm,

How it extends right up into the base of your fingers.

And now bring your attention to the back of your right hand.

Slowly let your attention draw over to your left hand and bring your full attention to your left pinky finger,

Noticing inside and outside your finger.

And now your attention comes to your left ring finger,

Noticing both internally and outside your finger.

And slowly attention comes to left middle finger,

Noticing the finger on the inside and the outside.

And now your attention comes to your left pointer finger,

Becoming aware of both internally and outside the finger.

Your attention slowly draws over to your left thumb,

Noticing inside and outside your thumb.

And now as you breathe,

You bring your attention to your left palm,

Noticing the whole palm and how it extends right up into the base of the fingers and the thumb.

And now your attention draws slowly to the back of your left hand.

And now bring your attention to both hands.

Bring your attention to both palms and slowly bring your hands up very slowly,

Very gently so that palms face one another.

And to begin to bring your hands slowly towards one another,

Never touching but coming close,

Close enough that you may feel some energy between your hands.

Allow them to almost bounce towards one another gently in a rhythmic pattern,

Creating a sense that there's something now between your hands.

And slowly pull those hands apart.

Imagine them drawing apart as if you had taffy between your hands and you had to pull to make them come away from one another.

And now slowly bring those palms close to one another again,

Very slowly imagining that it's hard to push them close to one another,

That they're resisting as if there was a magnet repelling them.

And now draw them away,

Pulling gently and slowly bringing them towards one another again,

Never touching the hands,

Just coming close,

Feeling that magnetic resistance as you come close and the pull as you draw away.

And let's coordinate this with your breathing.

As you exhale,

The palms draw towards one another.

As you inhale,

They pull away.

Inhaling,

Pulling away.

And exhaling,

Drawing together,

Concentrating that energy between your hands.

Hold your hands now about a softball distance apart from one another.

Let the fingers round as if there was actually a ball between your hands.

And slowly rotate that ball.

Right hand is on top,

Left hand is on the bottom.

And rotate the ball the other way.

Right hand on the bottom,

Left hand on the top.

And as you breathe,

Slowly rotate the ball half a rotation with every half a breath.

Slowly draw your hands apart so that they're now about the size of a basketball between your hands.

Now slowly breathe and rotate that ball.

Relax and let those hands face one another,

The palms facing.

With a couple more breaths,

Let them expand outward,

Pulling apart,

Contracting,

Pulling them towards one another,

Feeling the resistance.

And again,

Out,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Contract,

Pulling those hands towards one another,

Feeling the resistance,

The concentration of that energy ball between your hands.

Now slowly relax your palms upright.

Hands are about the distance of heart height outside your body.

Holding them upright,

Imagining white light streaming into them from above.

That white light comes into your hands,

Fills your hands,

Travels down your arms,

Up your arms to your shoulders,

Into your upper torso,

Your chest,

Your back.

That white light presses down filling your whole torso,

All your arms,

Up through your neck,

Down through your legs,

Into your head,

Into your face.

And your whole body is filled with a white light that's streaming into your hands as those palms receive high vibrational energy from above.

Relax your body,

Allow that energy to infuse your whole body,

Lifting your vibration,

Raising it,

Tingling at a high vibratory rate.

Bring your attention to your breath,

Keep that white light streaming in,

Slowly let the palms draw down,

Back into your lap if you're sitting,

Relax them if you're standing.

And allow yourself to stay in this state for as long as you'd like.

Attention is on the breath,

On the body,

Sensing the energy,

Sensing the higher vibration.

When you're ready to close this meditation,

Draw that white light into heart space,

Allow it to come down from above,

Up from below,

Concentrating into heart space as if you had a white energy ball in your chest at heart height.

Breathe and relax,

Let yourself hold that high energy to be accessed at any time.

Give thanks for this meditation.
