For the meditation to see your aura,
Sit comfortably with both feet on the floor.
Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
Deep breath in,
Slow breath out,
Allowing your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath.
Allowing yourself to relax deeper and deeper.
Take your attention to the centre of your chest,
Focusing on your breathing.
Hear the breath inside of you.
Your attention focused on the chest.
From the centre,
Imagine yourself as a tiny dot.
Feel as the tiny dot fires out of the centre of your chest to slightly in front of you.
With your awareness inside the dot,
Turn to face your body as the tiny dot expands for you to fully be able to look back at your body.
From this position,
Look at the aura surrounding you.
If you cannot see it,
Then sense it.
Look at the colours or sense them.
Look to see if there are any parts of your aura that need repairing.
Awareness do you have around your feet,
Your legs,
Your body,
Shoulders and head.
Move to the back of you.
What can you see or sense?
In your mind,
Ask for the healing of any tears or black spots in your aura and watch or sense as these tears and black spots begin to repair themselves.
If they are struggling to repair themselves,
Ask what it is in your life you need to do in order to repair your aura.
The energy you send out will become apparent to you.
Look to see or sense how this energy affects other people's auras.
See or sense how your loving thoughts affect the aura of others.
See or sense how your negative or angry thoughts affect the aura of others.
See or sense how these thoughts affect your own aura.
Allow your awareness to once again become the dot in your mind facing the body via the dot back into your chest.
Feel yourself expand back into the body.
Your awareness correctly positioned back into the body.
Focusing on your breathing,
Gently bring your awareness back into the room and when you're ready open your eyes.
For the grounding exercise you need to be standing up.
So make sure you're standing up feet firmly on the floor and close your eyes.
Surround yourself in a golden bubble of light and imagine you have roots coming out the bottom of your feet.
Plant the roots deep down,
Deep into the earth.
The body needs to sway to ground.
Allow it.
Strengthen the golden bubble and in this instance a cross represents protection.
Place a cross in front,
Behind,
Either side,
Top and bottom.
Throwing the roots deep into the earth and affirm in your mind that you are totally protected.
