Relax in a quiet space, ground yourself, and visualize a protective shield around you. Imagine it as a radiant bubble of light, filtering out negativity while allowing positive energy. Make sure you follow all the guidance in the meditation, breathe deeply and trust your power.

Psychic protection meditation.

Make sure you're sitting comfortably,

Your feet on the floor and close your eyes.

Focus on your breathing.

Deep breath in,

Slow breath out.

Allow your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath.

Allowing the body to relax deeper and deeper.

Imagine yourself separate from your thoughts.

Observe them,

Watching them float away.

In your mind surround yourself in a golden bubble of light.

If you cannot see it,

Allow yourself to sense the warm of the golden bubble.

Allow all the negative thoughts you have about yourself other people and situations to come into your mind.

Watch these thoughts as they roll together to form a large ball.

In your mind's eye propel the ball to the outside of your golden bubble.

As the ball passes through the bubble watch as it dissolves into nothing.

If you cannot see it,

Then allow yourself to sense it relaxing deeper and deeper.

Feel your golden bubble get stronger and stronger.

In your mind seal in this golden light with a turquoise light.

Feel it protecting and surrounding your whole aura.

And imagine you have roots growing from the bottom of your feet.

Plant these roots deep into the earth.

Feel your golden bubble getting stronger and stronger.

And in this instance the cross represents protection.

In your mind place one to the top,

Bottom and either side of you and affirm in your mind that you're totally protected.

Focusing on your breathing,

Very gently bring your attention back into the room and when you're ready open your eyes.
