Before you start with something new,
A new meeting or task or a new day,
Take a moment to quickly check in and arrive to this new situation.
Maybe adjust your seat a little bit.
Sit straight and relaxed and close your eyes for a moment.
Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your open mouth.
Take another deep active inhale through your nose and another full exhale through your mouth.
And once more,
Deeply inhale and lift up your shoulders to your ears and on the exhale let them drop.
Then let your breath flow in a natural rhythm.
Take a moment to arrive in the here and now and let go of what just happened before.
Ask yourself what is important for you for the upcoming task or meeting or day.
What do you want to take out of that?
What do you want to achieve?
How do you want to feel in this situation and how do you want to feel after it?
And with this clarity and this awareness,
Come back to your seat and take another deep inhale.
Slowly inhale all the energy and lift up your arms over your head.
And then with the exhale,
Get ready for the exciting upcoming time.
And in your time,
Slowly open the eyes and fully arrive and become fully aware of your new task,
Your meeting or your day.
