Sometimes when we want to achieve a goal or live upon our vision, we are forcing ourselves a lot on the way to this goal. On days, when we experience setbacks, we tend to judge ourselves and forget to believe in our own capacities. This meditation helps you to reduce your stress on the way to achieving your goal. It sets your mind into a mode of self-acceptance and self-empowerment to enjoy the path to your goal and embrace the growth mindset at ease.

Welcome to your growth meditation.

To set your growth vision and to practice to reach it step by step with self-acceptance and self-empowerment.

I'd like to invite you to make yourself first very comfortable.

Maybe you want to lie down on your yoga mat or your couch or just on the floor and maybe you have some pillows and a blanket to make yourself very cozy and comfortable first.

And then place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your abdominal.

Close your eyes slowly and let your breath flow in a natural rhythm.

Feel how your breath inflows into your belly,

How your belly rises with every inhale first and with the second part of the inhale how your chest rises.

And with every exhale first your belly sinks and then your chest sinks.

And take a moment to sense this extension of your belly and your chest with every inhale and how it sinks again with every exhale.

And now I invite you to think of a beautiful space.

Maybe you want to think of a really nice nature environment where you see yourself right now.

With beautiful sunlight warming up your body and with nice flowers and flourishing trees standing around you.

And you imagine how the wind keeps those flowers and trees moving very gently.

And feel how you feel in this moment how this peaceful environment makes you feel,

How it nourishes you,

How it brings you back to earth,

How it totally balances you out.

And in this environment give yourself the permission to dream,

To dream big and to think of what is it that you want to accomplish,

What is your vision,

Your goal.

You set yourself maybe already a long time ago and you really want to accomplish it at a time.

What is it that keeps you in this really nice feeling of joy,

Of excitement,

What makes you feel,

Being proud of yourself?

Think for a moment about this goal,

About this vision that you set yourself,

About the challenge maybe that you set yourself.

And really sense what feeling is coming with it.

Is it joy?

Is it power?

Is it balance?

Is it confidence?

Really sense what this vision makes with you,

How this vision makes you feel and why you decided,

Why you chose this one to be your goal.

And then take a moment to think of how you would be when you accomplished this vision.

How would you feel?

Who would you be?

Beam yourself in this situation when you already accomplished it and see yourself in the surrounding,

In the environment in which takes place.

Maybe it's a perfect day you see in front of your closed eyes,

Maybe it's an object,

Maybe it's a feeling.

Imagine the day when you accomplished this goal and this vision,

How you feel about it.

And now ask yourself what hinders you at the moment to be this person,

To live up to this vision.

What are the thoughts or limiting beliefs that hinder you to be that person?

What is it that keeps you away from this vision?

Try to focus only on yourself,

Not other people who maybe stand in your way at the moment.

Why is it that you don't live up to that?

And what are the feelings that hinder you for living up to that?

Maybe it's tiredness or the feeling of not being ready or not being good enough for that,

Not having the discipline and maybe just not having the energy to take on this challenge.

And everything that you feel now,

Everything that comes into your mind with this question is okay.

Everything can be there.

You don't need to judge yourself that you think in this way or that you feel in this way.

And it's totally normal and totally okay that you have two sides in your heart.

The one that really,

Really wants to accomplish this goal and the one that still feels that it's not time for that,

You're not ready for that.

Now I invite you to embrace this ambivalence of your feelings,

Those two sides in your heart,

To not fight against your one side that is maybe holding you back,

But to take it on the way,

To prove it every step you take,

That you're ready,

That you allow yourself to live up to your vision,

To your goal.

So I invite you to place your right hand between your breast and your collarbone on the left hand side and slowly rub this area in the circle clockwise.

Very gently,

Don't pressure too much and very gently rub this area.

This area is your neuro-empathetic nervous system which helps you to activate your self-acceptance,

Which helps you to decrease your stress with those negative self-beliefs that maybe hinder you to reach your goal.

And only if we accept them first and take them as part of us,

We can empower ourselves to still keep on going,

Still taking every step we need to reach this goal.

This helps us to not fall into an increased stress with judgment and forcing ourselves,

But rather accepting all sides of our feelings,

Accepting all sides of who we are.

And it's totally normal to every time feel two sides,

The positive and the negative one,

When we would like to kind of define it.

So please rub this area and in your own words and in your own feelings repeat the sentence in your head,

I fully accept myself even when I'm feeling that I'm not ready for my challenge and my goal that I actually want to live up to.

I fully accept myself even if I feel stressed about it,

If I feel that I'm not good enough for it or that I'm not disciplined enough.

I fully accept myself that even though I have the wish and the aim to live up to this vision that I have in my head,

To feel this positive emotions and feelings that are coming with my vision and I want to live up to this person that I want to be.

And I fully accept myself that even on this way to this vision I might have setbacks and I might have sometimes the feeling that it's too far away,

That it's not reachable,

That I don't have the capacity or the energy to do it.

And it's totally okay to feel this for a moment,

To sit down,

Take a break,

To get all the energy and all the resources I need to further keep on going.

And I fully accept all the feelings and all the ways I'm feeling on this way because they are part of me and I fully accept myself.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your open mouth.

Another one.

Deep inhale and exhale through the open mouth and even sigh if this feels good.

Now take a moment to feel how you're feeling at the moment.

Now you set yourself to a very nice and gentle self-acceptance mode and out of the self-acceptance,

Out of this relaxation with less stress,

Less judgment,

Less forcing yourself.

Out of this we are now able to empower ourselves.

So please bring your right hand like the three fingers of your right hand between your breast on the bone between your breast.

And this telomere bone is an area which helps you to increase dopamine and adrenaline and it helps you to set self-empowerment affirmations and bring you into a mood and energy of empowering yourself.

So please take your three fingers and tap rhythmically on this area and then repeat the sentences maybe in your own words with your own feelings in your head.

I have the right to enjoy the way to my vision and I have the right to think big,

To envision my future self,

To envision the goal that I want to accomplish and to walk the way towards it step by step.

And I fully enjoy this way with all the learnings and all the challenges that come with it because the whole way will make me grow and I will learn so much on this way towards my goal.

And I have the right to really believe in myself,

To know and to really feel that I have everything inside me that I need in order to reach this goal,

In order to live up to my vision and I know I can do it and I know I'm capable to do it and I believe in myself.

And I believe in all the challenges,

Setbacks,

Every stone that is laying on the path to my goal.

Everything is part of my way of learning and everything is a part of my growth that is helping me to live up to this vision.

And I know,

I'm pretty sure and I know and I have the right to know and to prove myself that I'm ready for this,

That I am capable of doing this,

That I'm ready to go this way.

Now rest your hand on this area,

Stop tapping and take a moment to feel and to sense how this feels.

Take deep inhales and exhales into your chest.

And I invite you to feel a bit longer into this feeling that you have right now after this practice.

And I also invite you to repeat this practice of the self-acceptance and self-empowerment by activating those parts of your body,

Those meridian points that give you direct access to your subconsciousness and that help you to release the stress of change,

The stress of growth actually over and over again and to help you to really grow in a way of accepting yourself and a way of empowering yourself instead of forcing yourself to to go this way.

Because the path to your goal is actually the one that keeps you growing and not the goal itself.

And I wish you a wonderful way,

A wonderful journey on this path and I hope this will be a very positive and less stress path with joyful and great learnings and full of acceptance and full of the belief that you can do it and that you have everything inside you and even bad days or even just bad minutes where you feel that you're not ready enough are okay and you're allowed to feel in this way and you're allowed to accept yourself and then empower yourself again.
