Welcome to today's meditation to tap and activate your self-confidence.

Please make yourself very comfortable.

Stand up straight,

Lengthen your spine and place your hands comfortably in your lap.

Slowly close your eyes and we start with relaxing ourselves by taking five active breaths.

We take them all together,

We inhale together and we hold on the top for a moment before we exhale together.

So let's start.

Take a deep inhale through your nose.

Fill up your belly,

Fill up your chest,

Hold it on the top and open your mouth to let go and exhale.

And another one.

Inhale very actively.

Hold on the top.

Inhale how the oxygen fills up your whole body and then let go everything with an exhale.

Three inhale through the nose.

Hold your breath and exhale through the open mouth.

You can even sigh if this feels good.

And four inhale.

Hold and exhale.

And five inhale.

Hold.

Hold one more second.

And let go everything with the exhale.

Now let your breath flow in a very natural gentle rhythm.

Let it take whatever it needs.

Let it take the space in your belly,

In your chest.

Let it inflow everything with every inhale.

And let it go with every exhale.

Take a moment to join your breath on its journey through your body.

And now imagine a situation from the past.

A situation when you feel very proud of yourself.

Maybe it's a situation when you reach the goal or when you finally accomplish something.

When you solve the challenge that you didn't think you can.

Or when you got appraised by others.

Think back of a situation that comes intuitively into your mind.

And with your closed eyes bring yourself back into the situation.

Really dive into the sensations you had in this moment.

Feel what feelings were coming into your body,

Into your mind in this moment.

Maybe you felt proud or courageous or fearless.

Maybe you felt strong.

Maybe you felt so confident and good in yourself.

Really dive into this feeling and sense how this feeling is coming up now from your heart again.

How this feeling of confidence is now rising from your heart and flowing into your whole body.

How this feeling of confidence is now flowing through your chest,

In your arms,

Up to your head.

And you start smiling a little bit because it's such a nice feeling of being enough,

Of being good as you are,

Of being capable of doing things.

And you feel how this feeling of confidence rises your head a little bit.

You sit even more straight.

You feel how you're growing.

How tall and strong you are.

And this feeling of confidence is also flowing now into your belly,

Into your hips,

Down into your legs and into your feet.

This warm feeling fills up your whole body and gives your whole body a nice sprinkle of joy,

Of energy,

Of confidence,

Of the feeling of,

I can do that.

Really feel for a moment how this feeling is now spread into your whole body.

And feel how it feels like.

Enjoy the feeling of it and smile even more because it feels so good.

Now promise yourself that you activate this feeling every time you need it throughout this day or throughout this week.

Every time you have the feeling you need a little boost of self-confidence because you had this moment when you felt so confident.

You're allowed to feel it every time you want and you want you need it.

Now take a deep inhale,

Anchor this feeling in your body and with the exhale through your mouth let go everything else that you don't need.

Inhale.

Anchor this feeling again.

And with the exhale make space,

Let go of everything else and make space for the feeling to flow in every cell of your body.

And now with the next inhale very actively open your arms,

Lift up your arms,

Really strengthen,

Feel how growth and how strong and how tall you are.

And with the exhale let the arms sink and slowly open your eyes again.

Keep the smile that you probably now still have for your upcoming day and feel the confidence you deserve and you have.

Have a wonderful day,

Thank you very much.
