Welcome to this open guided meditation. In this session, I will gently guide you into the beginning of your practice. This session is intended as an introduction to your meditation. Even if you are an experienced practitioner, it can be helpful to receive a few moments of gentle guidance to ease into your practice. Once the audio concludes, you are encouraged to continue meditating on your own, allowing your personal rhythm and experience to guide you further. This practice offers a space to find calm, emotional support, and a sense of greater presence: when the audio ends, you are invited to continue meditating independently for as long as feels right for you.
