Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
This practice is called Open as I will let you into the meditative state,
Just introducing you to the concentration stage and then I will let you keep practicing on your own.
You can choose the time you want to keep practicing and actually if you can I suggest you to don't put any alarm but just let flow the practice as is.
Now let's choose your seat.
You can do this meditation either sitting on a chair or a couch with a straight back position or you can do it in the lotus position if you are used to,
Sitting on a meditation cushion or in a yoga mat.
The most important thing as usual when you meditate is to keep a posture that can let you have your back straight for all the practice.
Now that you find the most comfortable position for you,
Let's close your eyes.
Start to bring your attention inwards,
Letting go everything from the outside world.
Just let go any noise that may arise around you,
All your senses are focusing within you.
Check your posture and bring your attention to your back.
Imagine that there is a very thin line starting from the bottom of your back going up,
Up until the end of your head to the crown center.
Keep your shoulders straight,
Far from the ears.
Keep your hands touching your legs if you feel you need grounding today or either leave your palm open if you need to expand yourself upright.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Just observing the normal breathing.
Feel the air that goes in and out from your nostril.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
When you breathe in,
You expand yourself,
Open your heart.
When you exhale,
Just let go.
Now start to bring your attention on your third eye in the space between your two eyebrows.
Just focus your attention there.
It may be that you have some thoughts,
Emotions,
Feelings,
Images that are coming up in your mind,
Just observe them and let them go.
Feel your consciousness expanding.
Let anything else outside.
It may be possible that while you focus in your attention on your third eye you start to see the light.
Just enjoy this state.
Feel yourself and let everything else go.
Keep going in this way.
Now that I'm going to leave you on your own,
Just with your inner self,
Expanding your consciousness,
You don't need to do anything else.
Just stay there.
In case you have too many thoughts coming up in your mind and you really struggle to focus,
To be in this meditative state,
Only in this case then you can repeat the phrase I am.
Otherwise,
Just stay there.
