Hello and welcome to Press For Being Guided Meditations,

This is a perfect everyday morning practice or you can use in any other time of the day when you need to energize yourself and feel recharged.

Before we start I just give you a couple of advice for your seat and explain you how we are going to practice today together.

You can either choose a seat as a chair or a couch with a straight back or if you are used to you can sit in the lotus position either in the yoga mat or a meditation cushion or anywhere else is comfortable for you.

During this meditation today I will let you into the practice into the meditative state and then I will leave you for a little while on your own practicing and then I'll be back to let you out of the practice.

Now that you have your comfortable position let's start to close your eyes.

Start to bring all your attention inward,

Letting go all the noises or anything else comes from the outside world.

Start to connect with your breath,

Just inhale from your nostril and exhale from your nostril.

Just keep breathing in your natural way and observing just the air that goes inside and outside your body.

Observing your breath will help you to calm down your mind and keep the focus on your inner self.

It can be that if you practice in the morning your mind maybe is already very active and you have a lot of thoughts about the things you have to make done today.

So just take this time for yourself to be connected and relax.

Now let's move the attention on your third eye which is the space between your two eyebrows.

Just look there as you would be with your eyes open looking outside of a window but today your eyes are closed and you look where your soul is.

Just stay there,

Focus your attention at this specific point of your being.

Now I will leave you for a few minutes to let you practice on your own.

It may be that during this practice it can be a challenge and maybe you are going to have a lot of thoughts or images coming up from your mind.

In that case,

Just in that case if you are struggling to be focused then you can repeat your name.

Now let's get ready to end the meditative practice.

Now let's get ready to go to the end of this practice.

You can let go the focus on your third eye.

Just for the last time,

Let's focus again on your breath and inhale deeply and slowly and exhale.

While you exhale,

You can let go the air out of your mouth.

Just do this three times.

Now let's go back to your body.

So shake your body a little bit on the left side,

On the right side,

Move your hands,

Your feet,

Stretch your legs.

When you feel ready,

Just very slowly open your eyes.

If you still have time,

You can stay another few minutes just sometimes in the silence just to enjoy the feeling after the practice.

Instead,

If you have to run to your daily life,

Just go and I hope you will be energized and fulfilled.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

I wish you a wonderful day ahead.
