Hello and welcome to Place for Being Guided Meditations.
Today I will guide you through our practice to gain a sense of empowerment,
So it's good for you if you feel lost and you need to refocus towards your goals.
There are some days that even if we have a plan,
Our goals for the day,
For the month,
For our life,
There are some days that you may feel stuck.
We may feel with low energy level,
We may feel hopeless.
So I suggest you to try to do this practice,
This is short and simple.
You can choose if you want to practice this meditation sitting or lying down.
If you decide to take the seat position,
Then choose a chair or a couch that allow you to stay with your back straight.
If you are used to,
You can do this practice sitting in the lotus position on a yoga mat or in a meditation cushion.
Now that you have chosen the most comfortable position for you,
Let's close your eyes.
Let's bring all your attention inward,
Letting go everything from the outside.
Start to connect with your breath and inhale deeply and slowly and exhale deeply and slowly.
You can choose if you want to inhale and exhale from your nose or inhale from your nose and exhale from your mouth.
Either ways,
When you inhale,
You open up,
You expand and when you exhale,
You let go of everything that no longer serves you.
Let's do this for three times.
While breathing,
Just observe your chest moving,
Expanding and then releasing.
Keep breathing and keep observing your chest.
Now let's focus your attention in the point between your navel and your heart,
The diaphragm on a body level,
The third chakra on an energetic level.
If you feel that your breath flows naturally,
Slowly and mindfully,
Then just enjoy this fullness.
Otherwise,
If you perceive there is any block at this level,
Just exhale from your mouth,
Releasing the tension.
You may experience a wave of yellow light.
And you may feel warmer,
Like if you are kissed by the sun.
Just enjoy this sense of fullness,
This sense of empowerment.
Feel your whole body,
Perceive your whole being,
Gathering all this energy to expand yourself.
You may feel more grounded.
You may feel able again to achieve your goals,
To face daily challenges.
You experience the integrity of your whole,
Whole being.
You trust yourself.
You can expand yourself.
You take on your responsibilities.
You're ready to be wherever is your place to be.
Now slowly,
Let's start to release your body.
Let's move your hands,
Your arms.
Rotate your feet.
Just let your body flow.
Any movement,
Any gesture you feel is right for you now,
Just do it with your eyes closed.
Once you have done,
Slowly open your eyes.
If you can,
Spend another few minutes just being there with yourself,
Observing how you feel,
And if you want,
You can take some notes on paper.
