Hey there,
This is Jen with Laughing Lotus Wellness.
Welcome to our meditation practice.
Welcome into our meditation,
Connect sacred community.
And beginning to sink and settle,
Either lying down or seated.
Your seated nice tall spine.
For lying down,
Getting really comfortable,
Maybe a pillow beneath the head,
Something beneath the knees.
I suggest closing the eyes or softening the gaze just to bring all of that attention and awareness internal.
I want to kind of bring all of that energy inside.
And beginning to deepen and lengthen the breath.
Making any final adjustments here as needed to props your clothing,
Your body.
As we begin our journey today,
We begin with setting the tone of our practice.
We do that here with setting an intention or sankopa.
You're always welcome to create your own,
Borrow mind planting the seed of this thought,
Using my words as your words if they resonate.

I invite you to begin your journey today by becoming deeply aware of the state of your physical being.
Just noting how your body is feeling in this moment.
Just noticing that here as you breathe.
And releasing a sense of the physical body as if taking off a suit that no longer fits.
Releasing that layer of being,
Feeling the shedding of the layer of the outer being.
Letting that physical awareness slide away.
Moving more deeply inward.
Having released that aspect of your experience,
We now move more deeply into the mind.
Where we might take note of the mind space,
The thoughts,
How we are experiencing the mind today.
Just noticing that as you breathe here.
Releasing the sense of the mind,
That suit that no longer fits.
Feeling that fall away and having released that layer of awareness.
Going deeper yet into the emotions.
Spending some time here noting an emotions present today.
Just noticing without any judgment what emotions are present for you today.
And again releasing that state of awareness.
Using this suit as well,
Allowing it to fall away and take us even more deeply into our experience.
Having released this next layer,
We move more deeply into our connection to something bigger than ourselves.
Bigger than you,
Bigger than me.
A universal life force.
That perfect state of bliss right in that heart center.
A beam of light that runs right from that sweetheart space all the way out the crown of your head.
Connecting you to something vast and beautiful.
A space where we feel deeply connected.
And pausing here as we breathe,
Sinking even more deeply.
Gently sensing the awareness of that connection to something bigger than yourself.
And how deeply connected to that light being,
The core of who you are,
The absolute essence of soul.
Using that deepest connection here to your own being,
To your connection to all things around you.
As your light being is activated and intuition is fully engaged.
And I invite you to imagine that you have come to stand in a lush garden and you see a mystical tree.
Unlike anything you've ever seen,
It is tall and reaches all the way up into the sky beyond your view.
Huge roots coming up in some places right out of the ground.
That's very clear to you that this tree is mystical,
Has magical properties and is very wise.
The color too of this tree is unique,
Beautiful golden trunk with leaves of every color hanging on long flowing branches.
This is our sacred tree of life.
Seeing the sacred tree in your mind,
Taking in the sense of wonder connected to it.
As you sense even in this moment a connection to this tree.
As you experience the awe of this tree of life,
The door begins to materialize in the tree in front of you and it beckons you to come forward.
You see that there are steps that lead down into the earth.
A layer of beautiful waves of light pulsate along the ceiling like Aurora Borealis.
You pause a moment just to take that in.
The way is lit,
Feels completely safe and somehow sacred.
There is a deep sense in knowing of moving towards an incredibly deep connection.
Something magnetic is pulling you forward.
You begin your journey down the steps of stone and down into the tree.
Places you can see the roots twisting and weaving over the ceiling and they too appear as though almost lit within.
After some time of walking downward in a slight spiral,
You begin to sense that there is something of an opening coming before you.
There is natural light and the sounds of a deep forest reach you.
You can smell the earth and begin to sense the sound of a waterfall off in the distance.
And soon you exit out onto a path with foliage creating a beautiful archway for you to walk into.
The trees here too are so tall and so lush.
Green leaves,
Brush,
Moss everywhere.
It feels almost like an untouched earth,
Prehistoric.
There are no signs of development here,
Just earth and forest,
Animals and insects.
The sound of the waterfall becomes more present,
Almost like a hum,
A vibration you can feel to the very core of your being.
Pausing here as you breathe,
Connecting with the vibration,
The sense of that waterfall,
The power within it.
This path you are on is filled with trees,
Tropical flowers teeming with life.
The sense that this is a space of animals and life uninterrupted.
You are not afraid.
There is a sense of connection and welcome here.
Again that sense of magnetism pulling you forward.
You're so interested and excited to see where this will lead you.
Beginning to hasten your steps and you arrive into a beautiful clearing.
In this clearing there is a beautiful space to sit and an incredible fire.
Pausing here,
Sitting in front of that fire,
Taking in all of the sounds,
The insects and frogs,
The fire and the waterfall,
And sensing the sacred nature of this place,
Of this sacred invitation.
The sense of being called.
As you pause here and breathe,
You begin to notice some rustling.
There is movement off to the right and an animal appears.
This animal is your spirit animal.
Spirit guide,
Deeply connected.
This beautiful animal comes forward out of the forest and becomes fully present to you.
Your spirit animal comes across the fire to have a seat as though in ceremony,
As though in celebration.
And taking this in,
Allowing for your spirit guide to connect deeply with you as though the two of you are becoming one.
Having no fear whatsoever,
Rather feeling so deeply blessed that this animal friend has chosen to support your journey.
Aware now that they have been supporting you on your journey for your entire life.
Fully present,
Fully connected,
And here to support you as you live out your experience here in this world.
They are filled with loving kindness and wisdom,
Grace,
And peace.
Pausing here to deeply connect,
Noticing if there are other animals that decide to join you around the fire.
Just allowing whatever creatures need to show themselves to you to present and join you in connection around the sacred fire in this holy place.
Holding space and honor for these gentle creatures and the support you feel emanating out of their beings.
They are clearly here to guide and support your journey.
Pausing here by the fire,
Or the waterfall in the background.
This magical place taking in any wisdom or insight those animal guides might have to offer.
Opening the ears,
Opening the heart,
Opening the crown of the head.
Allowing whatever information is necessary needed for your journey to come in.
Deceiving with gratitude as you breathe here.

& As you sit here the night thickens and deepens.
The fire is vibrant,
Warm and full of magical energy.
Stars are faintly visible through the trees and the moon is overhead,
Casting illumination through the leaves and trees.
In one spot it seems the illumination is almost focused.
You begin to see another path taking shape.
Watching here you notice movement in a form emerging from the darkness.
And in that moment you become aware that this is another of your guides.
Perhaps an ancestor,
Light being,
Ascended master,
Shamanic healer or angel.
Inviting them in,
Creating a connection.
Breathing here as you take note of which guides are present and coming forward to you.
To join you around the fire.
And as you breathe here creating space for any other guides,
Animal guides,
Any sort of spiritual connection that wants to come through and hold space for them.
Invitation of the heart,
An invitation of the mind and the soul.
Connecting deeply with them and inviting them in to this sacred circle.
Breathing here as you take stock of each of them.
And again listening for any wisdom or insight.
Okay,
Then we're in your body now.
As you look around your fire you can see the faces of your guides and they are proud and regal.
You have an incredible sense of love,
Support,
Honor,
Loyalty and being seen with authenticity and joy.
Deep connection.
These beings have literally had your back at every turn in your life.
They believe in you and know the magic and purpose that you are to live with and into in this life journey.
Your heart swelling with emotion and noting this deep connection and devout love that these beings feel for you.
In this space you sense that you are being offered the opportunity to step fully into this gift of time in this sacred space and you look to your spirit team and say to them,
How can you support me in my journey?
In what ways do you see stepping into my highest good more often?
And again opening up that crown,
Forehead space and intuition,
Heart space,
Creating room to connect with your answers and solutions,
Trusting that the answers are coming in for you even if they are not sensed in this moment.

You now pause here and bow to your guides.
Giving deep gratitude for their presence,
Support and guidance.
Feeling more confident,
Prepared and divinely guided to your journey and to purpose and into your highest self.
Before getting up to leave,
One of your guides explains that they will show up for you as you nurture this relationship and they invite you to return to this sacred circle when you need them.
But also encourage you to invite them into your daily life for decision making.
That they are a force for good on your behalf if you invite them in.
Not in your understanding.
Stand and return back to the tree of life.
Feeling as if you're almost floating along the path.
Before you go,
Each guide gives you a gift.
In here as you notice,
Each one of them comes to you and grants you a gift.
As you sort of float there receiving these beautiful gifts,
You thank each one of them in turn in a way that feels most connected for you.
Noting in your hand a bag that you can place your tangible gifts in to take with you for your journey.
Walking more proudly with confidence and a sense of direction now.
Walking along that path and into the archway of trees and foliage.
Beginning that ascent of the stairs as the aurora borealis play out on the ceiling of the spiral.
Noting the roots as lights dance and play along them like fairy lights.
Sensing here that you've made a profound connection and feel ready to go do big work.
For you now know in a visceral way that you have spirit guides and beings that are always supporting you.
And that this group of sacred beings is walking this journey with you.
They are here to see you step fully into your greatness,
Gifts,
Intuition,
To expand into connecting to your highest good and purpose.
So that you can take up space to live fully into your own good for yourself and the world.
Really feeling that you have a unique role to play and have been gifted the ability to step outside of your comfort zone.
To trust the intuition and guidance as you make your own impact in the world around you.
Heading out of the stairway,
Into the tree trunk,
Heading outside of the tree of life and pausing here.
Breathing here as you feel a little heady as though you are floating.
Invisible hands are holding you up,
Taking this sense of unceded support you've always had with you as you move into the sacred garden and journey back into the earth body.
Returning to that sankalpa intention for our practice,
Using my words as your words if they resonate.

Slowly returning to the earth body,
Feeling this sense of the muscles and bones and the breath,
How they route you to the physical plane.
Paying attention to how you are feeling right now,
Just noticing the magic of the sacred community you had the connection that you felt there.
Bringing awareness to the breath in your body as it expands the chest,
The ribs and belly,
Bringing in vital life force energy.
Beginning to run the thumbs across the ends of the fingertips,
Beginning to bring awareness into the fingers and hands,
You might rub your hands together to create some sensation on your palms.
Bringing those hands to a prayer position at heart center for a moment here,
Right next to your heart as you breathe,
Maybe even sensing the vibration of that breath through the heart,
The heartbeat,
Deep connection.
Pausing here before we close for a moment considering how you will take this felt sense of having been visited by your spirit guides,
What they shared with you,
The gifts they bestowed,
The sense of deep trust of living into your greatness,
Your own soul destiny.
As we gently close our practice,
I encourage you to stay connected to your spirit guides,
To nurture relationships with them on a regular basis and to use this lower realm of space to connect on a sacred level with your guides.
The soul learner in me connected to all honors the soul learner in connection to all of you,
Making us one in this soul school,
A place of love and light.
