Welcome to this Heart Coherence Harmonious Experiencing Meditation Practice.
Heart coherence will guide you in creating a state of coherence by releasing stress and regulating draining emotions such as frustration,
Irritation,
Anxiety and anger.
When you are in a coherent state,
Your mind,
Body and spirit are balanced and you can experience ease and inner harmony.
Your heart is a portal to your deepest wisdom and guidance.
It is the regulator of your home frequency.
When you cultivate intentionally emotions of love,
Compassion,
Joy and gratitude as opposed to anxiety,
Anger or fear,
The oscillations of your heart rhythm show as being more coherent and consistent.
Your brain and body respond to your heart's physiological rhythm.
The flow state is the zone where your heart,
Mind and body are aligned and you feel a deep connection with yourself and others.
When you feel this connection,
Not only within yourself,
But to your environment,
You are embodying coherence.
We all seek different ways to live more at ease.
Each one of us deals with stress differently.
Whether the stress is mental,
Emotional or social.
This means that our heart coherence can fluctuate from moment to moment.
Coherence is like a frequency wave.
The signals your heart continuously sends to the brain influence the function of higher brain centers involved in perception,
Cognition and emotional processing.
Your heart can entrain the hearts of the people around you.
Your heart literally responds and connects to the oscillations of the earth's frequencies.
You are a divine and magical being.
Your body is so intelligent.
Your heart is extremely powerful.
Breathe that in.
Allow that truth to wash over you.
Be comfortable.
And in doing so,
Know that you can explore this heart coherence practice at any point of your day to support harmony and ease.
Get off in your gaze or close your eyes if that feels comfortable for you right now.
Begin with three intentional deep breaths.
Take your first inhale and hold it at the top.
As you exhale out of the mouth,
Allow this breath to support you with an intention of releasing.
With the next deep inhale,
Fill up and pause.
Let your exhale anchor you in the present moment.
Right here.
Right now.
Breathe in deep once more,
Feel a settling in the top of your inhale.
And feel yourself opening up into the space of your heart as you exhale out of your mouth.
Feel your energy and loving attention into the space of your heart.
As you continue to breathe mindfully into your heart,
Feel yourself being breathed.
Allow your breath to be peaceful as you connect with your heart.
Each inhale and exhale floating around and within the space of your heart.
Take this peaceful breath into feeling a positive emotion that resonates with you right now.
Maybe an emotion has already arisen in the space of your heart.
Maybe that positive emotion is joy,
Compassion,
Love,
Gratitude.
Whatever it is,
Invite the emotion into the space of your heart.
Instead of thinking it,
Give yourself permission to embody that feeling.
To be that emotion.
As you breathe,
Allow the emotion to swell in the space of your heart.
As you exhale,
Allow it to expand and release throughout your being.
If it feels comfortable for you to embody this positive emotion as a luminous light in your heart,
Feel free to experience that now.
Take these next few moments to feel into this harmonious experience deep within the space of your heart and as a divine being.
If your thoughts creep in,
Lovingly guide,
Bring yourself back into your body,
Back into the space of your heart,
Allowing the breath to be your guide.

Settle yourself in this positive emotion.
Allow yourself to be with it.
To be it.
Slowly.
Maintaining this feeling.
Allowing this emotion to settle into the very fibers of your being.
Your energy field.
Your bones.
Your muscles.
Your skin.
Allowing it to permeate at a cellular level.
Begin to invite yourself into the space just above your heart.
If it feels comfortable to place your hands on the space of your heart.
Feeling that emotion permeate the space where you are connected through touch.
As though that energy is charging at your hands.
Feel yourself coming slowly back into awareness.
Feeling the lightness,
The radiance,
The luminous energy that you cultivated.
As you brought your heart into coherence.
And experience this harmonious vibration.
As you come back into the here and now.
Put a loving smile on your face.
Blink open your eyes.
Slowly allow your palms to face up and feel the energy in your hands.
As you move throughout your day know that everything you do,
Everything you touch is being divinely blessed with your loving energy.
