Welcome to this chakra meditation to support your connection to the subtle body.
I am Latoya Maria,
Your guide on this subtle body journey.
During this meditation,
You will balance and align the chakras through sensing the chakra auras and citing affirmations associated with each chakra to help release and clear blockages.
You may or may not be able to sense the energy flows throughout this meditation.
Trust that the work is being done and express gratitude for taking the time to tend to your mind,
Body and spirit.
I invite you to find a comfortable seat either in a chair or seated on a cushion and make sure your back is supported and long.
Close your eyes if it feels safe and comfortable or simply soften your gaze.
Rest your hands on your thighs and take a few breaths to settle into your body and into this moment.
As you breathe deeply,
Allow tension to melt away with each inhale and every exhale.
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
Visualize a red ball of light swirling around at the base of your spine.
This red ball of light represents your root chakra.
This energy center represents stability and your base survival need.
Take a breath and express gratitude for the ways you are safe.
You're safe in this moment.
You are safe with your breath.
This is safety now as you take a deep breath and affirm,
I have enough to meet my needs.
Shift your attention slightly upward to the navel area and settle on your sacral chakra.
Visualize a radiant orange ball of light as you connect with your creative nature.
Feel gratitude for all the ways you connect in your relationships.
All the ways you're able to express your creativity.
Breathe and affirm,
I experience joy in my life.
Move your attention upward further to your solar plexus.
Imagine a yellow ball of light radiating around your sternum.
This represents your personal power.
Reflect for a moment and show gratitude to yourself for all of the ways you take action in your life.
Take a deep breath and affirm,
I can manifest my dreams and desires.
Slide your attention upward to your heart space where the heart chakra dwells.
Feel the warmth of a green ball of light fill up the front and back of your heart.
Take a moment to reflect on those you love,
Including yourself.
Express compassion and gentleness in this moment.
Place your hand over your heart.
Breathe and affirm.
I release fear from my heart now and invite love in.
Feel that warmth,
That compassion and that love fill your heart.
Shift your attention up towards your throat,
The dip in between your collarbones.
Imagine a radiant ball of blue light.
Your throat chakra informs how you're able to communicate.
Query into how well you're able to express yourself.
Do you listen compassionately?
Breathe deep into your throat chakra and affirm aloud,
I express myself with ease.
Visualize a deep indigo ball of light at the center of your brow.
This is the location of your third eye chakra,
The seat of your intuition and wisdom.
No gratitude for all of your inner knowing and to all the guides who have taught you throughout your life.
Take a breath and be with the deep-seated wisdom of the universe and of your inner knowing.
From now,
I connect with the wisdom of the universe and my inner self.
Shift your awareness to the crown of your head and visualize a luminous violet light swirling just above your head.
The crown chakra is connected to your higher self and to the divine.
Breathe deeply as you connect.
Affirm,
I am awakened to my truth.
Begin to take deep cleansing breaths as you feel a sense of balance throughout your energy channels.
Breathe into your root.
Stay connected to your sacral.
Feel empowered through your solar plexus.
Breathe love and compassion into your heart.
Express through your throat chakra.
Focus a deep inner knowing through your third eye and connect through your higher self and through to source as you breathe back down through your chakras.
Breathe deep and feel balanced,
Aligned and aware.
Stay in this space for as long as you need.
When you're ready,
Slowly invite movement into your body.
Breathe into your heart space as you come back into the here and now.

Gently blink open your eyes.
