This guided meditation is called As I Am.
It was created with the intention of helping you realize your worthiness.
Because sometimes we experience self-doubt through the environment and experiences we've had,
We reject the idea that we are enough.
But I am here to tell you that you are enough as you are.
And this meditation is intended to affirm that.
I invite you to find a quiet space,
Take a seat,
Or simply lie down.
Get comfortable.
Loosen any tight or restrictive clothing or jewelry.
Let your hair down.
Remove your glasses if you're wearing them.
If it feels safe and comfortable for you,
I invite you to close your eyes.
Take a moment to become aware and observe yourself from the inside out.
Is there any tension you're holding?
Are you thinking of anything that may cause you to worry?
If so,
This is your invitation to breathe and let go.
Take a deep inhale.
Exhale with the mouth open.
Once more,
Inhale.
Exhale with the mouth open.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I do not need to be anyone but myself.
I create space within myself,
My soul,
My energy,
My aura,
To be exactly who I am.
Not who I think I should be or who others expect me to be.
My purpose is to love myself as I am and encourage others to do the same through living in this truth.
Worthiness is my birthright.
I will not place any conditions on my worthiness.
No perceived mistakes,
Flaws,
Or faults can keep me from loving my divine self.
Take a deep breath in as you take in that truth.
Feel it resonating within your body.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
Is there any tiny voice inside you telling you that you're not enough?
It's time to silence that voice.
Breathe in deeply and exhale to let go of any self-doubt.
Let go of the fear of being rejected.
In order to do that,
You must first step into your power and not reject yourself.
Be kind to yourself.
Show yourself compassion when you make mistakes.
Cultivate feelings of worthiness through learning to receive.
You are worthy of being loved.
You are worthy of being cherished.
You are worthy of receiving the abundance that is due to you.
Repeat these affirmations.
I am connected to the core essence of my being.
I am worthy of everything my heart desires.
I am enough as I am.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Take a few more breaths at your own pace and allow these truths to wash over you.
As you strengthen your worthiness,
May you feel whole and complete as you are.
Feel free to come back to this meditation whenever you feel any doubt or any lack or any fears around prioritizing your self,
Prioritizing loving yourself.
It is so important to remain open to the universe as it manifests all the things that you desire for your life.
You have to feel worthy of these manifestations.
You have to feel worthy to receive this abundance.
You are worthy,
Just as you are,
