Welcome to your meditation,

Dare to dream.

Taking a moment to settle in here.

To ground yourself,

To find your breath.

Just noticing that gentle rise and fall.

The coolness drawing in through the nose.

The warmth as you exhale.

Gentle rounding and softening of the belly as you invite that breath in.

The eyes closing and the face softening.

Allowing that awareness to go inward.

As we drop it in to the awareness.

As you envision your future.

It's time to nestle the seeds of your dreams gently into the earth.

Releasing the illusion that you are alone in its divine manifestation.

You can allow yourself to relax into a deep sense of ease knowing that you're not alone.

Opening your heart and digging deep to find the courage to trust yourself enough.

To follow the tendrils of intuition that will root themselves into reality.

This is a time to be patient and to simply tend to.

Nurture and notice what elements offer the greatest benefit.

Allowing yourself to make just small shifts and then quietly watching and waiting.

This quiet but active energy of bringing in a genuine sense of curiosity.

And in this curiosity asking yourself the question.

What elements in my life feel depleting?

So just noticing here what comes up for you maybe there's a sensation within the body.

Maybe there's a scenario that runs through the mind's eye.

Certain activity or obligation.

So again just noticing.

What pops up for you when you think about what elements in your life feel depleting.

Taking a nice cleansing breath here to move through that energy.

Inhale.

Exhale.

And then ask yourself the questions of what elements in my life feel replenishing.

So again here what is popping up for you?

Are there certain people or activities that you enjoy doing?

Places that you love to be?

What are those elements that allow you to feel replenished?

Allow you to feel like your cup is full.

And that you're coming from a place of abundance.

Now holding this energy in your heart center.

Ask yourself what blend of energies create a state of flow and ease.

Feeling this energy here.

This abundant energy.

This fullness of energy.

What elements does it contain?

Where is its source?

Where do you feel it in the body?

So slowing down the desire for access in any one area here.

Just being mindful of your resources.

Breathe here.

Soften the grip.

And release the need for extremes or absolutes.

Ask yourself rather than swinging drastically from one polarity to the other.

Where can there be a sense of balance?

Not a fixed point or a sense of stagnation.

But just a gentle ebb and flow of energy that brings life back into your being.

It creates that sense of fullness of abundance.

Of expansion and possibility.

Just release the need to cling to old stories or narrative that stagnate your growth.

Our lived stories have created the capacity in which we work from.

Not that we are indebted to for the rest of our lives.

Remove the obstacles the mind has created by releasing the past.

Each exhale releasing and letting go.

Each exhale grounding into the self.

Creating space for you to envision a new future.

By fully embracing who you have already become.

Envision yourself moving with intention.

But let the breath smooth out your cadence.

Connecting to the core of your convictions.

A spark ignites and a dream is born.

Stoke that fire and let all of the untruths burn away.

Only to reveal the radiant,

Courageous,

Vibrant center of your soul.

Daydream.

Envision the impossible and the impractical.

Entertain their outcomes despite how irrelevant the ideals may seem.

Let the mind wander and play and simply be curious.

Making space for new insights and advantages as you lean into the energy.

Just pause here and listen.

Do not be afraid.

For when we let go of the gripping,

We finally allow ourselves the opportunity to open our hands to receive.

To replenish and reorient ourselves to the direction the soul wants us to go.

So take a moment to breathe here deep and full.

Allowing yourself to take it all in.

As you exhale,

Letting go of the tension,

The tightness,

The gripping and allowing the body to release and relax.

Allowing the mind to let go,

To daydream.

The soul to soften and expand.

Tapping into the ecstatic bliss of embracing the eclectic essence of who you truly are.

Spaciousness allows for expansion that is meant to happen.

For the potentiality of your dreams to begin to take form.

When we trust wholeheartedly that we are supported fully,

We are invincible.

Curiosity provides the opportunity to encourage your openness to new teachers,

New paradigms,

New perspectives.

Providing the possibility for flow.

So as you breathe here,

Allow yourself to stay open.

Stay open.

You don't have to claim it all as your own.

It's like panning for gold,

Sifting and sorting,

Rinsing and repeating until the gems reveal themselves.

Each glimmer,

A glimpse into where your path may lead should you find the faith to follow.

Take a moment to hold this here,

To envision,

To embrace what it is that you've dared to dream.

Noticing where you feel it in the body,

The sensation.

Steady and strong,

Building the foundations for your dreams to come into fruition.

Creating a container to hold space for the seeds of your intuition to take root and to guide your evolution.

Taking a moment to embrace this fullness.

Any sensations,

Any scenarios that may be brewing in your mind right now.

Maybe feeling through your body.

Take a moment to note this as you come back to the breath.

That rise and fall.

Maybe allowing a little bit of movement into the fingers and the toes.

And letting the eyes flutter open as you come back to your space.

And as we bring this meditation to a close.
