Good morning and welcome to the start of your day.
If you've already delved into the day energetically,
Gently shift your attention and energy back inwards.
Close your eyes and find a comfortable place to pause,
Whether it's lying in bed or finding a seat.
Let's begin by noticing the texture of your breath as it flows in and out.
No need to change your breath flow,
Simply observe its natural movement and noticing how the breath feels this morning.
Now shift your attention to the state of your mind.
Maybe you woke up feeling fresh with a clear mind or possibly have a little clutter left over from yesterday.
Take a step into the observer's seat and witness the temperature of your mind.
Now notice where your body meets the earth.
Feel the support of the ground underneath you.
Imagine your spine is a tree trunk that wants to connect with the earth below.
Roots will begin to grow from the base of your spine deep into the earth's core.
Use this imagery to energetically create a grounding feeling with the earth below.
Continue to allow your roots to sink deeper and deeper,
Spreading wide within the earth below you.
Your body will continue to ground into the earth as you start to shift your energy to the top of your head.
Only scan from the top of your head all the way down to your toes and noticing any stagnant energy within.
As you discover old energy,
Send it down your roots into the earth,
Allowing yourself to start today with a clean slate.
Now shift your energy to above the ground of your head.
Imagine a big ball of golden energy is circulating above.
This ball of energy is an infinite flow of source energy that is always available to you.
Allow this golden mixture to pour into the top of your head,
Through your body,
Filling in any cracks that need your energy today.
If you notice your attention drawn to one specific spot,
Stay there and allow the energy to pour in.
Bring your attention to the space right in front of your heart.
Bring your hands together and feel that energy right there in front of you.
Set an intention or a wish for your day using a simple I am statement to bring this intention into the present to embody it.
If you wish for clarity,
Say I am clear.
If you wish for healing,
Say I am healed.
Say this statement to yourself three times.
Allow this statement to sink in and fill you up.
Take three deep cleansing breaths and when you're ready,
You'll gently blink your eyes open and have a wonderful day.
