Transcript

Good morning.

Welcome to the start of your day.

If you have already delved into the day energetically,

Take a moment to gently shift your attention back inward.

This is your time to return home.

Close your eyes and find a comfortable place to pause,

Whether lying in your bed or settling into a seated position.

Whatever feels best for you in this moment.

Let's begin by noticing the texture of your breath.

There's nothing to change,

Just observe its natural movement.

Feel the rhythm,

The depth,

The way your breath meets your body this morning.

Now shift your awareness to your mind.

Perhaps you woke up feeling clear and refreshed.

Or maybe there's some lingering clutter from yesterday.

Without engaging or analyzing,

Simply become the observer of your mind.

Notice its current state,

The temperature it's in,

And let it be.

Now bring your awareness to where your body meets the earth.

Feel into the steady support beneath you.

Imagine your spine is as the trunk of a strong tree,

Deeply rooted into the earth below.

From the base of your spine,

Visualize roots beginning to grow deeper and deeper.

With each new breath,

These roots expand,

Grounding,

Stabilizing,

And anchoring you into the moment.

Take a few moments here,

Feeling the connection,

The strength,

And the support beneath you.

Now gently shift your awareness to the top of your head.

We will begin a slow,

Intentional scan from head to toe.

Starting at your crown,

Notice any sensations.

Let your awareness move down to your forehead.

Eyebrows.

Eyes.

Soften any tension in the jaw.

Relax your tongue.

Feel into your neck and shoulders.

Relax your hands.

Energetically feeling them soften and releasing any tightness.

Move your awareness down your arms and into your hands.

Feel any warmth or subtle energy in your fingertips.

Feel the connection to your chest,

Your heart space.

Breathe into this space,

Allowing for openness.

Scan down into your belly,

Your low back.

Notice any tightness and simply allow it to soften.

Now bring your awareness into your hips,

Your thighs.

Let the scan move down your legs and into your feet.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Now bring your awareness into your hips,

Thighs.

Let the scan move down the legs and into your feet.

Move your awareness to where your body meets the ground.

Feeling the way your body is held and supported in this moment.

Allow your body to be heavy.

If you feel any weight that is not yours,

Allow it to melt down into the earth.

Releasing the energy that is not yours.

Invite a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Send any stagnant energy down your roots and into the earth.

Deep breath in and the exhale of stagnant energy.

Now shift your awareness to the space just above your head.

Imagine a warm golden sphere of light hovers right above you,

Radiating infinite healing energy.

Visualize this golden energy moving from the crown of your head all the way down to the toes,

Filling in any cracks,

Any spaces in need of warmth and renewal.

If you feel drawn to a particular place as this golden light pours into your body right now,

Breathe.

Let the light linger there and nourish and strengthen that part of you.

Now bring your attention to the space in front of your heart.

Gently bring your hands together,

Palms touching or hovering near your chest.

Set an intention for your day.

Using an I am statement,

Affirm what you wish to embody today.

If you seek clarity,

Say,

I am clear.

If you seek peace,

Say,

I am calm.

If you seek healing,

Say,

I am whole.

Set your intention to yourself three times,

Allowing it to resonate within you.

Feel it become a part of your energy,

Your being.

Take three deep,

Cleansing breaths at your own pace.

With each inhale,

Draw in fresh,

Vibrant energy.

With each exhale,

Release anything that is no longer serving you.

When you're ready,

Gently bring movement back into your body.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Maybe bring the palms up over your head,

Giving yourself a really sweet morning stretch.

Add in any additional movement that sweetly reawakens the body and sets the tone for your day.

And when it feels right,

You softly blink your eyes open.

And may your day be filled with presence,

Ease,

And connection.
