Hello, I'm Laia and today we'll talk about how to set up for a chair yoga. All you need is your precious self and a chair. Maybe it is an office chair, A regular chair with four legs. Perhaps you have your own wheelchair. Either way, You want to make sure that you have enough space wherever you're going to be practicing to be able to move and expand your body as much as you want. And also make sure that you are steady in the posture that you're in, Meaning that the chair is stable. So if your chair does have wheels, Whether it's an office chair or a wheelchair, Make sure that the brakes are on. And if you don't have brakes on the chair, You consider placing the chair in a stable surface. And also if available to you, You can make sure that your feet are steady on the ground.
