Resetting in the afternoon or winding down in the evening.
I invite you to take a few moments just for yourself,
So find a comfortable position sitting or lying down and gently soften your gaze or close your eyes.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and a slow steady breath out through your nose or your mouth.
Again inhale deeply,
Feeling your belly expand and exhale completely,
Releasing any tension in your shoulders,
Your face.
One more time,
Breathe in fully and let it go.
And as your breath settles back into a natural rhythm,
Allow it to just be as it is,
Nothing to force,
Nothing to fix,
Just this moment,
Just your breath.
Feel the support beneath you,
The space around you,
The quiet presence within.
And as you are here,
I invite you to bring your awareness to this question.

Simply let the question settle in your mind like a pebble dropped into a still lake.

It could be something simple,
Pausing before responding,
Taking a deep breath before a meeting,
Having a sip of water every once in a while,
Or even offering yourself kind words.

Hold it softly in your awareness.
When you're ready,
Bring your attention back to the present.

Slowly blink your eyes open,
