Interesting for me was hearing the pen scratching and pages turning put me in competitive mode, as if I wasn’t writing fast enough. 🤪😄But I loved the bird song.

That was SO pleasant and calming. It helped me settle in to the writing and also stay mindful that I am not my thoughts, since there was constantly the sound of someone else writing. What an experience!
