So taking a moment to start to allow your body,
Your breathing,
Your system to to settle a little.
Whatever was happening before you brought yourself here.
Maybe seeing the start of this meditation as the end of whatever was happening before and now it's time to just be with yourself,
Be with your experience.
Notice what's going on for you.
Bringing your awareness to your breathing,
Into your center,
Into this movement of air into your body and out of your body.
Seeing if you can feel the sensations of air,
Air moving through your system as far down as you can.
So feeling it at your nostrils,
Inside your nose,
In your sinuses maybe,
The back of your nose,
The back of your throat.
Maybe you feel it down into your chest.
Maybe you feel it as far as your lungs.
You feel the air moving into your lungs.
Following that journey of the breath.
Feeling what it's like as it moves through.
Noticing what it's like to be settling a little.
Or if you don't feel like you're settling,
If your mind is very busy,
Bringing a little kindness to your experience.
Whatever your experience is,
Can you be with that?
Can you bring kindness to that if some kindness is needed?
Now as we're moving out of this little landing meditation,
You'll be just noticing one more in-breath and out-breath.
And then expanding your awareness to your body as a whole.
Starting to move your awareness beyond your body to the space that you're in.
When you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
Maybe taking a look at the space that you're in.
I think a little stretch,
A sip of your drink.
