
Loving Kindness For Parents
This is a short loving kindness meditation for parents who are feeling overwhelmed or stretched thin. As a parent myself, I know we sometimes don't have time for longer meditations when we need it most, so this practice is designed to help bring you back to yourself in under 3 minutes. Paired with immersive music, this meditation includes deep breathing and simple “may I” statements to help you soften and direct compassion back toward yourself, so you can then offer more steadiness, patience, and kindness to others.
