Welcome to this meditation for self-confidence.

My name is Kristen,

And in our time together today,

We will explore affirmations,

Short positive statements that encourage belief in yourself and your abilities.

By reshaping the way you think about yourself and what you believe,

Affirmations help strengthen your trust in who you are and what you're capable of.

Some affirmations may resonate deeply,

While others might not yet feel fully aligned,

And that's perfectly okay.

Both experiences are meaningful,

Offering insights into your unique strengths and areas where growth is possible.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

Close your eyes or gently lower your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Letting your chest and belly expand fully.

And exhale completely through your mouth,

Releasing any worries or tension.

Now let your breath be natural as we begin the affirmations.

Feel free to repeat them silently or out loud.

I am confident in who I am.

I trust the decisions I make.

I speak with confidence and clarity.

I approach new opportunities with courage and optimism.

I believe in my ability to handle whatever comes my way.

I let go of self-doubt and embrace my inner strength.

I am proud of my accomplishments and the effort I put in.

I am resourceful and find solutions to every challenge.

I inspire confidence in myself and others.

I am enough,

Exactly as I am.

I embrace my strengths and trust my abilities.

I release self-doubt and step into my power.

I choose to see the beauty in myself and others.

I honor my journey and all that I've overcome.

I am resilient and capable of achieving my dreams.

Take a moment to allow these affirmations to settle in as you quietly bring your attention back to your breath.

Bring one hand to your heart and the other hand to your belly and take a moment to appreciate all that you are.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes if they were closed.
