Allow your body to be completely held where it is.

Take a moment to surround yourself with as many pillows and blankets as you need to feel cocooned,

Safe,

Protected and held.

Allow your body to now melt into the sacred space that you've created for yourself.

With warm and nourishing cocoon in which to rest your whole body completely.

How would you like to feel today?

Set an intention for the journey ahead.

That you may breathe into the feeling that you desire and find comfort in that place.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep nourishing breath in and exhale it all out completely through your mouth.

Do this a few times at your own pace.

And with each breath,

Let your body relax more and more.

Deeper and deeper.

Feel the cocoon beneath you.

Feel the crown of your head open like a flower and as it does,

Allow your scalp to relax effortlessly.

Let the sensation flow down your whole head down to your neck.

That your neck may feel softer,

Warmer and more at ease.

Roughen your forehead now,

Your eyelids,

Your eyebrows,

Temples,

Cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your lips,

Teeth and tongue.

Let your whole face soften.

Let your whole face feel warm.

As you drop your shoulders down,

Down your back.

Open your chest gently,

Gently to feel an expanse of gentleness and grace within your heart space.

Open your arms,

Your elbows,

Your hands,

Palms,

Back of the hands and fingers.

Let your hands fall gently by your side or on your belly.

Let them feel so heavy and so safe.

Feel the tension dissipate and fall away from the top of your back,

Your shoulders,

Your middle back and your lower back all the way down to the tip of your spine.

Let your hips open and soften.

Feel the warmth of the inner fire within your belly.

Let it burn away any tension,

Any edges within that space.

Feel into your thighs and how heavy they are.

Soften any tension within your knees.

Let your calves sink deeply,

Deeply into the space that you've created,

The space underneath you that is holding you so strong and allowing you to be so still.

Soften your ankles,

Let all the tension drift away.

Feel the warmth in the top of your feet,

The soles of your feet and each toe.

Feel the warmth of your cocoon move so gently through you,

From the crown of your head all the way cascading through each cell and muscle,

Through every fibre of your being to the tips of your toes.

Let the light that is your divine being,

Your true essence,

Your eternal spark,

Let the glow hold you.

Your soul holds all the wisdom of all your lifetimes.

Your soul knows just what you need in this moment as you lay in your healing cocoon,

As you soften into this space.

Your soul is a spark of the God and the Goddess.

You are nothing less than divine perfection.

Your light knows no bounds,

No limits.

Take a moment to view your body all snug in its cocoon,

As the witness,

As the soul,

As the presence above and around you.

Look down on your body with such wisdom,

Compassion,

Patience and divine love and you will see that there is nothing wrong,

That your beautiful human self is a flow of energy,

Emotion,

Muscles and bones all reacting to your thoughts,

Your sensations,

Your beliefs.

And the more you can come to a place of rest,

Just as you are now,

To witness your body in all its perfection and let everything that is not love and everything that is not light to simply and completely fall away.

Your soul knows how to hold you.

Your soul is never broken,

Never far away,

It cannot be fractured or lost.

It is you.

You are light.

And in this moment as you feel the lightness of your being and as you witness your body,

May you feel such deep alignment and harmony within you.

Such connectedness to the source of your being and may you carry this sensation,

This worthiness,

This godliness with you at all times.

Deepen your breath now,

Slowly slowly.

Reawaken the life force,

Knowing that it is always there within you,

Around you,

Carrying you,

Guiding you and loving you.

Very very slowly start to move your fingers,

Your toes.

Stretch your neck from side to side.

Wrap yourself up in the warmest of hugs.

And gently open your eyes or set yourself up for a blissful sleep.
