Hello and welcome to this healing with your star council.
I'm Chris Franken,
And I'm honored to create this space for you to meet with these beautiful,
Benevolent beings of light who you've called in to work with you during this time.
This healing is an activation to bring greater harmony into your field.
I hope by the end of this that you feel greater harmony within all of you.
Find yourself a comfortable seated or lying position and breathe deeply,
Slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth while you soften your body,
Mind and spirit.
When you feel deeply relaxed,
Come back to normal breathing in and out of your nose,
Guided by your body.
Allow Mother Earth to support you during this healing.
Feel her grounding you down,
Holding you with great care,
Knowing that she's always there for you,
To hold you,
To love you,
To nurture you.
Let your thoughts drift off and tune into the energy of your heart.
Feel the pulse of your heart,
The inner drum connected to the heart of Gaia.
Tune into the energy of your heart space,
The energy that flows in and out in all directions infinitely.
As you feel into your beautiful heart,
Allow a positive intention to flow from there.
This meditation is about bringing in more balance and harmony,
Not fixing or forcing any part of you that is broken.
Your council of light see you as perfect and whole and radiant.
Sometimes as humans we fall out of balance,
But that's a part of the path.
It doesn't mean you're failing,
It doesn't mean you have something to fix.
We're all tuning into that balance every day,
Coming back to healing,
Finding what we need.
So just tuning in now to an intention that is really kind and uplifting.
Imagine this intention is a seed of light in the core of your being.
As you focus on this light,
Your light,
It expands slowly with each breath until it surrounds and fills your entire body.
As you bathe now in your own luminosity,
Allow all dense and negative entities and beings to return to their source.
Allow the dissolution of all cords and attachments that weren't created from love and just let them go now with ease,
No effort required.
As you feel into the light around you,
Feel the pulse of love within that,
And any cord,
Any entity,
Anything that you've just let go of may create space in your aura.
Just allow your own divine light and love to fill in that space so that you are completely whole,
So that you are all you.
And you now can call back in your energy from wherever it has gone,
Whatever thoughts or emotions or conversations or interactions has taken your energy from you,
Just call it all back in now into this loving space that you've created for yourself.
Now we're going to call in the benevolent star beings who have been chosen by your soul to meet with you today.
You are calling in only loving,
High vibrational beings of light to surround your field.
These beings are here for your highest good,
Your highest healing and your highest path.
You may be able to sense who is with you,
Or you may not be able to see or sense who is there at all.
Just trust that whoever is there loves you beyond words.
Imagine them standing around you in a circle,
Palms facing you,
Pure light emanating from each palm,
Each heart space and each third eye.
This creates a multi-dimensional web of sacred geometry all around you,
About six feet from your physical form in every direction.
The sacred geometry is made of light,
It's fluid yet strong.
It begins to harmonize your field as soon as it is set into place.
Any kinks in your energy field that hadn't been tended to before are now harmonized instantly.
Your whole beautiful being is being woven with healing light.
Receive this light,
Let it flood you with love.
Let it wash over you with the highest healing for you in this moment.
As the geometry creates its own web of perfection around you,
These star beings begin to pulse rainbow-hued light through the sacred geometrical patterns.
These colored lights stream a higher intelligence into your every cell,
Into every organ,
Into all of your bones,
Nourishing your beautiful blood,
Tending to every single muscle,
Loving your fascia,
Strengthening your teeth,
Providing nutrients to your skin and hair,
Balancing and aligning your chakras,
Fortifying your energetic bodies around you,
And softening,
Cleansing,
Perfecting your breath and spirit.
This light reaches into the depths of your mind as well,
Transforming old thought patterns,
Negative beliefs,
Conditioning from all sources and blocks that are in the way of you fulfilling your highest purpose for living your most joyful life.
There's space that is being created now for the purest presence and for newness to be born from within.
Allow this light to move through you,
Allow it to cleanse and love you,
Allow it to speak to your perfection and divinity.
Feel into your intention now,
Feel into the spark that lives,
Breathes and moves through your field,
See it merging with the healing lights around you,
Imagine all of this unconditional healing rippling into all areas of your life,
Balancing your body,
Cleansing your spirit,
Renewing your mind,
Touching your family and community,
Activating the blueprint of your purpose.
Breathe now,
Receive even more of what is meant for you,
As you feel this healing becoming your light.
Give thanks now to all who came to assist in today's healing,
See them surround you with love,
So much love,
The highest form of protection,
And they send you infinite blessings as they leave.
Take a moment to feel your field around you as harmonious and utterly beautiful,
See the light flowing,
Glowing,
Radiating,
Communicating,
Uplifting,
Regenerating all of you and all that is around you.
Stay in this space for as long as you need,
And when you're ready come back into your body,
Gently stretch your feet and legs,
Hands and arms,
Neck and back,
Take a deep breath into your belly,
Really slowly let it out of your mouth,
Do this as many times as you need,
Open your eyes radiant one,
Your healing is complete.
