Take a moment to sit in a comfortable position.
Take a deep breath in,
Let it out.
Close your eyes and visualize someone in your life who's brought you joy,
Brought you support.
Think of all of the ways they've made you feel.
Think of all of the ways that they've left a positive impact on your life somehow.
And allow yourself to feel grateful for their presence,
For who they are in your life.
And now imagine a warm golden light emanating from your heart,
Filling your whole body with love and gratitude.
Let this light expand beyond your body.
Visualize it radiating out and touching everyone in your life,
Including those you may not know that well,
People you may not talk to that often.
But may this feeling of gratitude and love bring joy and peace to your heart and to the hearts of those around you.
Take another deep breath in and let it out.
Gently open your eyes and set your intention for having a day full of gratitude and love and compassion for you and everyone you come in contact with.
And so it is.
