Welcome to the Radiant Heart Meditation.
This is a practice designed to foster love and kindness within yourself and extending it to the world around you.
Find a comfortable seat,
Close your eyes,
And let's start this journey together.
Begin by taking a few deep intentional breaths.
Inhale positivity,
Exhale tension.
Feel the support of the ground beneath you,
Grounding yourself in the present moment.
Now turn your attention inward.
Visualize a radiant light at the center of your chest.
Imagine this light as a warm golden glow,
Representing the love within you.
And with each breath,
Allow this light to expand,
Filling your entire being with a sense of warmth and compassion.
And as you inhale,
Bring to mind someone near and dear to you,
Someone you love unconditionally.
Picture their face,
Feel their presence,
And allow the love you hold for them to resonate within your heart.
Take another deep breath in.
Now extend this love outward as you exhale.
Keep breathing and envision a stream of golden light flowing from your heart to theirs,
Connecting you in a beautiful exchange of love.
Next,
Think of someone you may have conflicts with or you're finding challenging in this moment.
And as you breathe,
Acknowledge any tension or negativity.
And as you exhale,
Gently release it.
Picture them bathed in that same warm golden light.
And say to yourself,
May you be happy,
May you be healthy,
May you be safe,
May you be at peace.
Feel the transformative power of love as it transcends all difficulties.
Take another big deep breath in and expand your focus to include all living beings.
As you exhale,
Envision the entire world embraced by that radiant light emanating from your heart.
Repeat the loving kindness phrases,
May all beings be happy,
May all beings be healthy,
May all beings be safe,
May all beings be at peace.
And I want you to sense the interconnectedness of all life through this common thread of love.
Take another deep breath in.
Stay with this expansive feeling for a few moments.
And as you exhale,
Bathe in that warmth of your own compassionate heart.
Take another deep breath in.
One more time,
We're going to exhale.
And when you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to your breaths.
Inhale gratitude.
Exhale compassion.
And gently open your eyes.
I'm going to invite you to carry this sense of love and kindness with you into your day.

The more love you cultivate within,
The more you have to share with the world.
