Resting Where You Are | Tapping For Freeze Patterns
One round of gentle tapping. This gentle tapping practice offers a place to rest when your nervous system feels frozen, slowed, or complete enough already. There is nothing to work on here. Nothing to activate. Nothing to change. Tapping is optional. You’re welcome to tap along or simply listen to the words. Throughout the practice, you’re invited to stay in choice, listening to your body as much or as little as feels right, and adjusting your level of presence as needed. This practice includes rest-oriented tapping affirmations, language that supports completion without pressure, gentle orienting without urgency, and a soft ending to support re-entering your surroundings. This track may be especially supportive at the end of the day, after emotional work, or anytime your system needs permission to stop, pause, or rest without explanation.
