This is a soft invitation to come a little closer to your body - just as much or as little as it feels comfortable. Just as you are. There’s no need to feel present, grounded, or connected before you begin. However your body shows up - that’s enough. With a gentle rhythm, we move slowly. The words are simply touchpoints: noticing your body, just as it is, and perhaps sensing moments of ease or neutrality, in your own time. Nothing needs to shift. You can pause, drift, or listen in your own way. This is simply a moment of meeting yourself - and letting that be enough.
