Hello and welcome! I’m glad you’re here. This guided meditation is an invitation to soften, to reconnect with your heart, and to remind your body that it is safe to feel. Through gentle awareness of the breath, we ground into the present moment and create space for whatever emotions may arise. As we breathe into safety, the body begins to release what it no longer needs (tension, resistance, and old emotional patterns), allowing calm, balance, and peace to return.
