Hello and welcome! I’m glad you’re here. This guided meditation is an invitation to soften, to reconnect with your heart, and to remind your body that it is safe to feel. Through gentle awareness of the breath, we ground into the present moment and create space for whatever emotions may arise. As we breathe into safety, the body begins to release what it no longer needs (tension, resistance, and old emotional patterns), allowing calm, balance, and peace to return. Taking a few deep breaths and connecting with our hearts,

Breathing in through the nose,

To the chest,

To the belly.

Notice your body moving with each breath,

Even just a little bit,

And then exhaling slowly through pursed lips,

Bringing the awareness to the heart.

This beautiful center of creation,

Of high frequency,

Of healing and rejuvenation and regeneration and feel its whole frequency in your whole body.

How does your body feel in this frequency?

What change,

What shift,

What healing is happening in your body as this frequency expands?

Notice your body relaxing in this love.

Notice your body releasing tension that you have been holding on to.

Now you are safe to release.

In this moment it is safe to feel.

It is safe to feel this love from the center of your heart,

Expanding in your whole body,

Letting yourself dive into this feeling,

Into this beautiful frequency as you take some slow and gentle breaths,

Connecting this love with your breathing.

Whenever you are ready,

You can gently open up your eyes and remember that you can come back to this feeling whenever you want to.

You can remember this feeling as you move through your day,

Just bringing the awareness to your heart and your breath.
