Hello and welcome to Yoga in Kitopia.
I'm Kit and thank you so much for joining me today.
We're going to be continuing with our one word meditation.
Today our word is wholeness.
So when you're ready go ahead and get seated in a comfortable position and when you feel comfortable please close your eyes and we will go ahead and begin.
We're going to begin with a breathing exercise.
So begin to breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now guiding the hair with your hands.
Then,
Holding your TEETH out,
Pipe out your breath in then,
Keeping tabs in place and holding that cart ceremonies but the annulus takes place.
And breathing out guiding the breath down breathe in and out in and out in and out in and out slowly finding your space of comfort and when you're ready please place your hands slowly and gently on your knees today working with the word wholeness we're going to be harnessing the energy of the third eye,
Ajna this is our eye wisdom it governs the lower brain and our nervous system this controls all incoming and outgoing thoughts breathe in and out this is how we represent ourselves this is how we see ourselves this is where we resonate our inner vision,
Imagination and idealism this is where we have our beginning and our end and because of this it is where we achieve balance between yin our feminine nature and yang our masculine nature when we have balance in our third eye we are able to harmonize the forces within us we are able to find wholeness this is where we merge the conscious with the unconscious it's where we accept the things we love about ourselves but also those other things we neglect whether that be traits or not accepting who we are to fullness taking a few breaths here,
Clearing the mind thinking of who you are finding that place,
That comfort finding the acceptance and finding the wholeness in and out letting go of any tension and stress understanding that this is a safe place,
This is your safe place in and out in your mind's eye imagine permanently abolishing all of those notions of who you should be or what you should be doing and just accept you for who you are we are capable of doing that we create the blissful reunion of who we are as a complete person we experience ourselves as a fullness in our higher selves we are whole once we look deep inside ourselves we can see that we are whole we have the power,
We just have to look we look within ourselves with unconditional love with eyes that pierce through the soul of a loving and whole person breathing the affirmation,
My inhale opens my heart my exhale brings me wholeness inhale opens my heart,
Exhale brings me wholeness inhale opens my heart,
Exhale brings me wholeness opens my heart,
Brings me wholeness opens my heart,
Brings me wholeness opens my heart,
And brings me wholeness for the next three minutes I invite you to sit with your wholeness experience the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness the feelings of wholeness when you're ready,
Slowly begin to warm your hands and place them over your eyes and your face and when you're ready,
