This practice is an invitation to begin your day in sacred connection with yourself, the directions, and the Universe. As we pause to remember the miracle of existence, something stirs within us. Our cells awaken, our light expands, and we step into a deeper space of presence and belonging.

This invocation calls in guidance, guardians, and allies, while this offering opens our hearts in gratitude for the journey we are walking together. You may feel emotions move through you as you listen; allow them. This is the body remembering its truth.
