Maybe lying down in your bed or on the sofa.
Maybe you prefer to stay seated.

So that you can really relax and enjoy this yoga nidra session.
Now imagine that you're walking in the forest.
You feel your feet touch the ground,
That soft ground of the forest.
And you smell that earthy scent of the forest,
Of the leaves,
The trees,
The ground.
And you feel that with every step you take,
You feel more grounded and more connected to the earth.
Breathe deeply and slowly,
And feel your belly move as you breathe.
And then you stand still for a moment,
And you look at the beautiful trees around you,
And you feel their calming energy.
And you feel your feet firmly on the ground,
That soft,
Soft ground of the forest.
And then you feel that from your feet,
Roots are growing into the earth.
Thick,
Strong roots connecting you with the earth even more.
Deeper and deeper into the earth,
Until they reach the center of the earth.
And then you feel the energy of the earth flowing up through your roots,
Entering your body and your energy,
Clearing and cleansing your energy,
Helping you to let go of your day,
Helping you to let go of energies from other people,
From places you've been to,
From events,
Anything that you were carrying with you in your energy and that's not serving you or maybe making you feel heavy.
It's being cleared and cleansed by the energy of the earth.
You can imagine it as a color,
Light,
Or maybe as a feeling flowing through your entire body.
Touching every cell of your body.
Releasing,
Releasing,
Releasing anything that is making you feel tired or heavy.
Anything that was making your energy feel heavy.
And the more this energy of the earth flows through your energy,
Through your body and the space around you,
The lighter you feel.
And the more grounded you feel with this earth energy flowing through you.
And then,
Above you,
You notice a beautiful,
Big ball of bright light.
This is your Akashic light,
The light that is always with you and that knows exactly what you need.
And from that ball of light,
The beautiful light of your Akashic records,
Little drops of light are falling down onto you.
Little drops of light falling on your body,
Touching your head,
Being absorbed by your body and energy.
And also,
Flowing down on the outside,
You feel that light flowing in your head and over your head,
Flowing down through your neck and your back.
And more and more drops of light falling on your shoulders and your arms.
And these drops of light from your Akashic light,
They bring healing that your body needs.
If you're tired,
They help you have more energy.
If you're feeling overwhelmed,
They help you to feel calmer.
If you are feeling anxious,
They help you to feel calmer and have more trust in how things will unfold.
And maybe there are things that you do not know about,
But the light knows and goes where it's needed.
And while the light continues to drop onto you,
You are going to make your Sankalpa,
A positive word,
Affirmation,
Intention,
Something that you would like to achieve,
Feel or experience.
And you repeat it in your head three times.
And then you go with your attention to the center of your forehead.
Maybe you are aware of a physical aspect,
Skin or bone,
Or maybe more a feeling or sensation or consciousness.
Then you become aware of your throat,
A physical aspect or feeling,
Sensation or consciousness.
And then you go with your attention to your right shoulder.
Again,
A feeling,
Sensation or consciousness.
Then your right elbow,
Your right wrist,
The top of your right thumb,
The top of your right index finger,
The top of your right middle finger,
The top of your right ring finger,
The top of your right pinky,
Your right wrist,
Your right elbow,
Your right shoulder,
Your throat and your left shoulder,
Your left elbow,
Your left wrist,
The top of your left thumb,
The top of your left index finger,
The top of your left middle finger,
The top of your left ring finger and the top of your left pinky,
Your left wrist,
Your left elbow,
Left shoulder,
Your throat,
The point in the center of your chest,
Your heart chakra,
The right side of your chest,
The center of your chest,
The left side of your chest,
The center of your chest.
Feel the energy flow through your body,
Through all the points.
There's a flow of energy flowing through your body.
And then you go back to your sankalpa,
Your positive word,
Affirmation,
Intention.
And you repeat it in your head three times.
And then you feel your feet on the soft ground of the forest again,
Feeling grounded and feeling that flow of energy through your body,
Feeling the energy of the trees surrounding you and from that big beautiful ball of light above you.
Drops of light are still falling onto you,
Bringing you the healing that you need in this moment.
Clearing and cleansing your energy even more.
Clearing and cleansing your energy on a deep cellular level.
Clearing and cleansing old patterns,
Patterns that aren't even yours.
Clearing and cleansing promises you made in this life or in a past life.
Clearing and cleansing any promises about health,
Energy,
Love,
Money or anything else.
All the promises that you made but that are not serving you in this life.
They're being cleared and cleansed from your energy.
They're being released from your DNA.
You are receiving a deep healing from your Akashic light.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
Feel your feet on the soft forest ground.
Feel your roots in the earth and feel your connection with the earth.
And this light is going to continue dropping onto you until the healing that you need to receive today is finished.
So stay in this relaxed state a little longer if you have time.
And when you are ready to come back to the here and now,
You slowly start to move a little with your hands and your feet.
Wiggling your toes,
Moving your fingers.
Slowly bringing yourself back to the space that you're in.
Becoming aware of your surroundings.
Feeling your body lying on your bed or sitting on your sofa or wherever you are.
And slowly move a little bit more,
Maybe stretching your whole body.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
And don't forget to drink a little extra water to help your body process everything that happened.
