Make sure that you are in a comfortable position,

So that you can really relax.

In your bed,

Ready for a good night's sleep,

You feel how your body touches your bed.

Feel how it's being supported.

Then you focus on your breathing.

Feel the air flowing in and out of your body.

And if you notice that you are still breathing a little quickly,

Then you might want to place a hand or both hands on your belly.

To help you slow down your breathing and to breathe deeper into your belly,

Helping you to relax more and more.

Breathe deeply and slowly,

Relaxing more.

Now imagine that you are walking in nature.

It's a beautiful night and the stars are shining bright.

Feel how your body relaxes with every step and every breath you take.

You feel the calm energy that surrounds you.

And you feel the calm energy inside you.

Your mind starts to slow down and your thoughts flow away,

Like clouds in the wind.

Breathe and let your day behind you.

Look at the stars.

Look at all these millions of stars above you.

Keep walking,

Feeling more and more grounded,

More and more connected to Mother Earth.

And then you notice a bed in the middle of nature.

It's strange but very welcome.

You lie down on the bed and cover yourself with as many blankets as you like.

And you feel that your body relaxes even more.

You feel your body sink into the bed,

Going into a deeper and deeper relaxation.

The calm feeling inside of you grows bigger and bigger and stronger and stronger.

You look at the stars.

From the bed,

You can see them even better.

You see so many lights in the sky.

And all these lights,

All these stars,

They shine their light on you.

To help you let go of your day.

To help you let go of stress and overwhelm.

In the light of the stars.

In this super comfy bed.

Your body lets go.

Your body and your energy are letting go of stress.

You feel it flow out of your body.

Keep breathing deeply and slowly.

Allowing your body to let go and to relax even more.

And your body and energy are also letting go of feelings of overwhelm.

Where your energy felt full of stress and overwhelm,

There's now more and more space.

Your space.

Your energy.

Everything that is not yours is falling away.

Everything you picked up from others,

From places you've been to,

It's not serving you.

And you can let it go now.

Your energy is being cleared and cleansed by the light of the stars.

Breathe deeply and slowly.

The stars are shining bright.

It's a beautiful night.

You feel the calm energy that surrounds you.

All these stars,

They shine their light to help you let go of your day.

To help you let go of stress and overwhelm.

Allow the magic to happen.

In the light of the stars.
