I'm so happy that you're here today.
And as you start your day,
I would like to invite you to start your day dancing.
Maybe you really want to dance,
Or maybe you just want to feel like dancing.
Or maybe just dance inside of you.
The feeling of dancing is such a free feeling.
A feeling of joy and happiness.
And sometimes all we have to do is just start.
Whether we feel like it or not.
It's like that with many things,
Smiling,
Dancing,
And also creative work.
Sometimes all it takes is that decision to start.
And once you start,
It's easier to continue.
So,
I invite you to think of something you're very grateful for.
Maybe a loved one,
A nice cozy house,
A lovely pet,
Or anything else.
It can also be something simple,
Like being grateful for another day,
Or being grateful for the birds in the garden.
This is something that I love and I enjoy it every time I see a bird in my front yard.
It doesn't matter what you pick,
And you can also choose more than one.
This is your unique experience,
There are no rules.
And when you feel that gratitude in your heart,
Imagine it flowing from your heart into your whole body.
As if your heart is pumping gratitude through your entire body.
And with that gratitude flowing through you,
I would like to invite you to see if you can make a little gratitude dance.
Just start moving a little,
Maybe you'd like to move slowly,
Maybe you feel like doing a happy dance.
Anything is okay,
Or maybe just imagine that happy gratitude dance.
Feel that gratitude flowing through your body,
And take that beautiful energy with you as you dance into your day.
