When you wake up in the morning,

Start your day with some grounding,

Placing your feet firmly on the ground and feeling how your feet touch the ground.

Really feel your feet standing on the ground,

Feeling that connection.

You are connected to the earth,

Always,

And it's so great to start your day with a reminder of that,

Feeling that connection,

Being aware of it.

And maybe you want to imagine roots growing into the earth,

That can help as well,

But I know it's not for everyone,

Follow what feels good for you,

And just be aware of your connection with the earth,

Let the earth energy surround you,

Feel that grounding energy and be ready for your day ahead.
