Let the soothing chimes guide you as you imagine gratitude as a light flowing through your body. Even the tiniest moments can sparkle with magic, and this meditation helps you feel their healing energy. Let calm, joy, and appreciation flow through you with ease, and carry it with you into your day or into your night. Breathe deeply and slowly.

Think about something nice,

Something that you're grateful for.

A hug from someone you love,

A smile,

A journey you've been on,

The lovely house you live in or something else that you think of and that makes you smile.

Go decide what it is and try to not overthink it.

And then try to consciously feel the feeling of gratitude.

You'll probably feel this around your heart,

But maybe you feel it in your belly,

For example.

And imagine this feeling of gratitude as a light,

A light shining in you.

And imagine the light growing bigger and bigger.

Let this light of gratitude grow more and more and fill your body more and more.

Let the light and the feeling of gratitude flow through your whole body.

This lovely energy,

This healing energy of gratitude flows through your body.

This light flows through your body and touches every cell.

All your cells are being touched and filled with this amazing energy of gratitude.

And while this feeling and this light flow through your body,

Try to see if you can think of more things that you're grateful for.

Go with your awareness to your heart,

To this feeling of gratitude that you're already feeling there.

And ask your heart to help you to find more things that you are grateful for.

Be open for whatever comes to mind,

But also don't worry if right now you don't know.

Keep breathing calmly and feel the light and the energy of gratitude flowing through your body.

Breathe deeply and slowly and feel or see this light flowing through your body.

And this high vibration of gratitude brings more and more nice thoughts to you,

Because they match this vibration.

But be kind to yourself if it's not working for you in this moment.

Sometimes things don't go the way we want to,

And that's okay.

If it's not working right now,

You'll try again later.

Breathe deeply and slowly and see or feel this light,

This energy of gratitude,

Flowing through your whole body,

Through every cell.

This light of gratitude shines everywhere.

And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.

You take this feeling of gratitude with you.
