Imagine you're standing in a beautiful field.
You see the wildflowers grow.
And you feel the sunshine on your face.
A little further,
You see a beautiful tree.
Slowly,
You walk towards the tree.
Walking slowly and peacefully,
You feel how you relax more and more.
Feeling more and more grounded with every step you take.
And as you walk there,
In that beautiful field,
You breathe deeply and slowly.
And maybe put a hand on your belly to help you slow down your breathing.
Keep walking,
Slowly and peacefully,
Breathing deeply and slowly.
When you arrive at the tree,
You stand with your back against the tree,
Making you feel connected with the tree and with nature and making you feel grounded.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
Feel your feet on the ground and your back against the tree.
Feel how you're connected to the earth.
Then you imagine a bright light surrounding you.
You are standing in a very bright shining light.
This light makes cords and links visible.
You see the cords and the links that are not based on love.
These are the ones you can let go of.
Imagine you're taking away these cords.
Imagine it any way you like.
Maybe you have an energetic sword in your hands.
Maybe magical scissors.
Or maybe something completely different.
Trust that you know how to do this.
Follow whatever impulses you feel to let go of these cords,
To take them away completely.
Then,
Once they're no longer attached,
They are being dissolved by the light.
The light turns into a magical violet light like the violet flame and it transforms any negativity into pure positive energy.
See the links and the cords dissolve in the violet light.
And see how the light shines even brighter.
You are standing in that light and feel how it surrounds you.
Feel how you feel lighter and notice how free you feel.
Let the light dissolve anything that you might not see but that needs to be cleared as well.
And keep breathing deeply and slowly.
Feeling lighter and lighter.
And then,
The light is gone.
You're still standing with your back against the tree,
Your feet firmly on the ground.
And then you start walking again in the field full of flowers.
Feeling the sunshine on your face and feeling your feet touch the ground.
And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.
Slowly start moving with your hands and your feet.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
