So,
Make sure that you're comfortable,
Maybe lying down on your bed or your sofa.
Maybe you're sitting on a chair,
Or on the couch,
Or on the floor maybe.
Maybe somewhere in nature.
And really feel into your position.
Feel if maybe you can change a little bit to make sure that you're even more comfortable.
So that you can relax even more.
And then you focus on your breathing.
Just observe the air flowing in and out of your body.
Observing how you are breathing,
Without judgement.
Are you breathing quickly or slowly?
Are you breathing high in your chest or all the way down to your belly?
And do you notice that the air that you breathe in is a little cooler than the air that you breathe out?
And if you notice that you are breathing a little quickly,
Or that you're breathing high in your chest,
You can place your hand or both hands on your belly,
Helping you to slow down your breathing.
Just breathe towards your hands and feel how your belly moves as you breathe.
Breathe deeply and slowly,
Allowing your body to relax more and more.
With every breath you take.
And then you imagine that you're walking in the mountains,
In a beautiful flower field.
Wild flowers in different colours are everywhere.
You are surrounded by the mountains.
And you enjoy the amazing view.
It's so gorgeous here.
The mountains and everything else that you're seeing.
And all these lovely flowers.
And it's a lovely day.
The sun is shining.
You feel the warmth of the sunshine on your face,
Warming your body.
And you feel your feet touch the ground.
With every step you take.
There's a soft breeze.
You feel it gently blow through your hair,
Touching your skin.
And just walk very slowly.
Really slowing down.
Enjoying this moment of calmness for yourself.
A moment to unwind,
To relax.
So walk as slowly as you can.
You don't have to hurry.
You can take it slowly,
It's okay.
And then try to slow down a little more.
And keep breathing deeply and slowly.
Notice how your body relaxes a little more.
With every breath and every step that you take.
And you are surrounded by beautiful nature.
Surrounded by the mountains.
And you feel the calm and the stillness of this place.
And maybe you feel how that touches the calm and stillness inside of you.
As if it's being awakened.
To become more present in yourself in this moment.
And in your life a little more calm and stillness.
In you.
In your days.
So keep walking.
You don't have to do anything,
Just be here.
In this moment.
In this beautiful feel amidst all these beautiful wild flowers.
Maybe you smell that lovely scent of the flowers surrounding you.
And keep walking as slowly as you can.
Really allowing your body to relax.
Relaxing more with every step and every breath.
And as you walk here you are letting go of any energies that you were carrying with you in your energy.
And that are not yours.
Energies that are not serving you.
Being here in this calm moment,
This calm surroundings.
It's like being in a magical healing place.
Where you magically let go of stress and tension from your energy.
All the overwhelm that you were carrying with you in your energy.
And that maybe made your energy feel a little restless and chaotic.
You're releasing it now and your energy is becoming lighter and lighter.
Maybe you can see what you are letting go of.
Maybe you see it as a flow of energy or a color or words.
Maybe you feel it.
And maybe you don't notice it at all but just know and trust that you are letting go.
Because this is a magical place.
And it is helping you to let go.
And all these energies that you were carrying with you that were not yours.
That you picked up from other people or from places that you've been to.
Slowly you are letting it all go.
And maybe you were feeling emotions that weren't yours.
Maybe you were having thoughts that were not yours.
Maybe you were feeling anxiety that wasn't yours.
All these things that are not yours,
You can let them go now.
Because they are not serving you or anyone else.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly.
And feel your feet touch the ground with every step you take.
Feel the sun shining on you.
And then you decide to sit down in this beautiful field.
Just sitting down,
Relaxing,
Enjoying this moment,
Enjoying these amazing surroundings.
And you feel the ground beneath you,
Mother Earth carrying you,
Supporting you.
And as you sit there,
With all these flowers around you,
You notice that little fairies come to you.
And they are here to clear and cleanse your energy even more.
Clearing and cleanse your energy from things that are yours,
But that are not serving you.
Maybe there are things from long ago that you are still holding on to in your energy.
And these fairies are flying around you,
Doing their magic on your energy.
So just enjoy the chimes for a moment and let these fairies do their magic.
You don't have to know what it is exactly that the fairies are doing.
They are making your energy feel even lighter.
Taking away all things that maybe were a little stuck in your energy.
Things that were holding you back.
Helping your energy to flow again.
A beautiful flow of energy.
It's making you feel more centered.
Because your energy is not all over the place again anymore.
It's like the fairies are sort of structuring your energy in the best way for you.
In the best way for your energy flow.
And then the fairies,
They do some magic on your mind.
Raising some negativity from your mind.
Negativity about yourself.
Making space for positive and encouraging words and thoughts about yourself.
And they are whispering beautiful affirmations.
You can listen to them.
Just let them sink in and you can repeat them,
Whatever you like.
I feel calm.
I am relaxed.
I allow myself to relax deeply.
I allow my body to relax.
When I relax deeply,
My body can restore.
And as I relax deeply,
I come closer to myself.
Feeling stronger and more confident.
So I relax deeply.
And I let a feeling of confidence flow through my body.
Because I know I can do it.
Because I can do whatever I set my mind to.
I can make my dreams come true.
I am good enough to do what I want to do.
I am enough.
I am always enough.
No matter what I did or didn't do in the past.
No matter what I will or will not do in the future.
I am always enough just the way I am in that moment.
I am enough.
I am always enough.
And I am always good enough.
And I choose to trust that I can do it.
And I choose to keep my focus on the things that I want to do.
And maybe there is distraction here or there.
But I choose to keep my focus.
Because I want to make something happen.
I want to achieve something.
And I know I can do it.
I choose to believe in myself.
And to encourage myself.
And even if there is something that I haven't done before.
I can still do it.
And if things don't go right the first time.
That's okay.
I can learn from my experiences.
It's nice to experience different things.
But if I do something and it doesn't work.
If it doesn't work I am still going to be kind to myself.
Maybe giving myself a hug when I need it.
Saying kind and encouraging words to myself.
Yes,
I will encourage myself.
And I am proud of myself for how far I have come already.
And I am confident.
That I can make things happen.
I am confident that I can make my dreams come true.
And if something is for me it will come to me.
It will come on my path.
And the right things will show up for me.
The right people.
The right opportunities.
I decide to trust the universe.
The universe always has my back.
Because it does.
And I deserve to live my best life.
I deserve to make my dreams come true.
Just by being me.
And I am always enough.
I am always loved.
I am always deserving.
I am always worthy.
And I decide to stop doubting myself.
I choose me.
I choose to believe in me.
I choose to believe in myself.
Because I can totally do it.
And you are still sitting in this beautiful flower field in the mountains.
And the fairies are still doing their magic or healing on you.
And if there is a place in your body where you feel stress that you are holding on to.
Or really holding on to tension.
Or maybe a place in your body where you have pain.
Or maybe different places.
Then one or more fairies will go to that place.
Now.
They will do it now.
And they will give some extra love and healing.
For that place or those places in your body.
So that you can relax a little more.
Relax in this moment.
And relax into being you and embracing all of who you are.
Relaxing into totally being yourself.
Accepting yourself.
Knowing and feeling that you are an amazing human being.
And you are okay.
You deserve to reach your goals.
You deserve to feel good.
You deserve to live an amazing life.
You feel the ground beneath you.
And the sun shining on you.
And then you stand up again.
And the fairies are still there and they are inviting you to dance.
Here in this meadow,
In this beautiful flower field.
Where there is no one who can see you.
Maybe you don't want to dance but you want to move your body in some way.
Do something else that makes you feel happy,
Confident.
Maybe you want to do a power pose.
Feel what you want to do.
And know that no one is watching.
No one has to know what you are doing.
The fairies are inviting you to not take things so heavily.
To take them with a light energy,
With a playful mind.
And just feel free to play,
To dance,
To jump,
To play.
You feel the sun shining on you.
You feel your feet on the ground.
You smell the flowers.
And maybe you have a smile on your beautiful face.
And with that smile and hopefully very light energy,
Feeling confident and relaxed.
It's time to slowly come back.
To the here and now.
To the place where you are lying or sitting.
Listening to my voice and the chimes.
Slowly you start moving a little with your hands and your feet.
And when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
