Connecting with your heart meditation.
Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breath.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you feel that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper.
When you're lying or sitting like this,
You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.
Breathe slowly and deeply,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
Now imagine that you are lying on a soft,
Soft bed.
It is the most perfect bed for you.
It's just as soft as you like it.
And it makes you feel so relaxed.
You feel your breath get deeper and slower,
Relaxing you more and more.
Now just feel how your body touches the bed.
Feel how your feet touch this perfect bed.
Your legs,
Your belly or your back,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your head.
Feel how your body relaxes while you're lying on this perfect,
Soft bed.
Now that you are so relaxed on this perfect,
Soft bed,
You go with your attention to your heart.
Just feel how your heart beats in your chest.
Feel how the soft but powerful beating of your heart relaxes you even more.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly.
After feeling your heart for a little while and listening to its beating,
You notice that your heart is shining.
Like a magical lamp in your chest,
Your heart is shining a magical light into your body and outside of it as well.
Feel the energy of this magical light,
Of this magical energy of your heart.
Calmly connect with the light and feel.
Feel the soft and warm energy of love.
And feel it filling your body completely.
Feel this loving energy fill you.
See how this light fills you.
See and feel how it fills your energy outside your body.
Like a protective bubble of loving energy radiating around you.
Your whole body and energy are now filled with the loving energy of your heart.
They are filled with love.
It feels amazing and in the same time it feels familiar.
This energy of your heart is always there.
This love is always inside you.
You are love and it always shines inside of you.
It's up to you how much of it you let shine and how much you let it fill you.
Try and be open to your heart to be completely filled with this energy.
It's a wonderful way to connect to your heart.
And the more you practice the easier it goes.
Now enjoy this loving energy a little longer.
Feeling calm and relaxed.
Feeling your heart beating.
Feeling full of love.
Feeling like a powerful source of loving light and energy.
And then feeling completely filled with love and connected to your heart.
You can slowly come back to the here and now.
Slowly come back to the place where you're lying or sitting.
Feeling peaceful and serene.
Slowly you start moving a little.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes.
