Pre-Meal Meditation For Digestion
In this short meditation, we'll ignite the part of our nervous system that allows us to process our food better. Relaxed and mindful eating allows us to enhance nutrient absorption and helps to eliminate digestive issues. Do this meditation PRIOR to eating then follow with the Mindful Eating Meditation and Post-Meal Meditation for Digestion.
