Show me the way to restore balance and harmony within my body and mind. Lead me to the resources that can help mend my heart and strengthen my body. Help me recognize the signs of healing and progress, And remind me to be patient and kind to myself. Teach me to listen to my inner voice and to understand what my body and spirit need to heal. I am ready to embrace the healing process with trust and openness. Please give me the strength, Courage and wisdom to move through this journey with grace.
