Helping you reconnect with the innate healing intelligence within your body.
Take a moment to ensure you won't be disturbed,
Close the doors and windows,
Switch off your phone,
And prepare this time just for yourself.
Find a position that feels good for you,
Whether sitting or lying down,
A position where your body can fully relax and immerse in this nurturing state of healing.
Once you've settled into your position,
Ask your body to make any small adjustments it needs to feel even more comfortable.
Gently close your eyes and tune into the signals your body is sending.
What would it like to change?
Maybe just a few little tweaks,
Placing your hands slightly differently,
Shifting your legs or softening your shoulders a bit more.
Allow your body to guide you and give it permission to breathe freely,
Easily and naturally,
Like a gentle flowing rhythm.
Simply allow your breath to flow in the way it desires.
Take a moment now to observe your body as it breathes,
And allow everything that has occupied your mind throughout the day to fade away.
Gather all your thoughts,
Anything that is currently making your mind busy,
Compress them into a little ball of energy and place it beside you.
You can pick them up again after the meditation if you want to,
But for now,
Just let them rest outside of your mind and body.
Bring your full attention back to your body and your breath.
Notice and feel how your chest and belly gently rise with each inhale,
And how they soften and fall with each exhale.
Take a moment to appreciate that your body has been breathing for you,
Quietly and effortlessly,
Throughout your entire life.
It all started with that first magical breath when you arrived in this world.
Since then,
Your body has been breathing for you without pause.
Take a moment to reflect on the deep loyalty and devotion in that.
Now take a deep breath as if this was the very first breath of your life.
Appreciate how your lungs fill up with oxygen,
And appreciate how your body sustains you throughout this simple,
Yet powerful act of self-love.
Imagine now,
With every inhale,
A beautiful light flowing into you.
You have the power to choose the colour of this light.
And with each exhale,
Feel it gently expand throughout your body.
Now picture yourself,
Not just breathing in light,
But a cosmic healing energy,
Filled with boundless love.
As you exhale,
Let this energy flow outward,
Filling every part of you from head to toe.
Picture yourself lovingly embracing your body from within.
Imagine that with every inhale,
You're drawing in an infinitely gentle,
Loving light.
A radiant and healing cosmic energy.
And perhaps you notice your body becoming more relaxed.
Your shoulders softening,
Your face smoothing out,
And every tiny muscle resting peacefully.
Let your body surrender its weight completely to the surface beneath you.
Notice that you are held and supported.
Now say to your body,
Thank you.
Thank you for resting.
Thank you for carrying me through every moment.
Thank you for supporting me with every breath,
And for all the ways you show up for me.
Every single day.
Imagine that with every exhale,
This thank you sinks deeply into every cell of your body.
Feel gratitude in your heart for the body that you have.
For its strength and weaknesses.
Its gifts and limitations.
Knowing that each one contributes to your emotional and spiritual growth.
Feel your body relaxing even further.
Being filled with a soft,
Radiant light that heals every part of you.
Imagine this light starting at your feet,
Flowing upward and expanding throughout your body.
Infusing you with a deep sense of vitality and well-being.
Feel this light filling your feet,
Warming them and grounding them with a comforting weight.
Whisper to them softly,
Thank you.
Express your gratitude for every step they have taken.
For carrying you to places of joy and belonging.
And for guiding you away from places that no longer served you.
Now,
Let this light flow up into your calves.
And your thighs.
Feel how this healing energy vibrates through the entire length of your legs.
Breathe into your legs and say,
I love you,
Thank you.
Allow this loving light to flow into your pelvis,
Your hips and your lower abdomen.
Picture this healing light filling your entire pelvis.
And invite it to fully settle there.
Say yes to every sensation,
To the warmth in your pelvis.
Say,
I love you,
Thank you.
Now,
Let the light move up into your belly.
Your chest.
Your heart.
And your lungs.
If you'd like,
Take a few deeper breaths.
Imagine now that your entire torso is filled with this loving light.
This healing,
Cosmic energy.
And feel how it radiates from the inside out.
Say to your body,
I love you.
And feel how this energy is unstoppable.
Allow it to flow freely,
Moving through your shoulders,
Into your arms,
Your hands,
And then up into your neck and head.
Feel how this light fills you,
Radiating from the inside all the way through your body.
Imagine this healing energy now surrounding and embracing your whole physical being.
Allow yourself to feel more present in your body than ever before.
Now,
Take a moment to gently scan your body and notice any areas of your body that are tension,
Discomfort,
Or pain.
Observe those sensations without judgement,
Simply becoming aware of where they reside.
Often when we experience pain or discomfort,
We instinctively reject or disconnect from those parts of our body.
This rejection creates resistance,
And what we resist persists.
By turning away from these sensations,
We block the healing light that could flow into them.
Allowing negative energy to settle,
Creating energetic density instead of flow and ease.
So,
Bring your attention to one of those areas where you feel density,
Tension,
Discomfort,
Or pain.
Instead of resisting,
Try to accept and welcome the sensation,
Even the pain.
If it feels comfortable,
Gently place your hand over that area as a gesture of care.
Now,
Breathe deeply into this space,
And as you exhale,
Imagine the radiant healing light flowing directly to that part of your body.
Feeling it with warmth and compassion.
Softly say thank you to this part of yourself.
Say thank you for the messages you carry,
For the signs you've given me,
And for asking for my attention.
I am sorry for the times I neglected or rejected listening to you.
I am here now,
To see you,
To feel you.
I'm ready to acknowledge your discomfort,
To recognize your call for help.
You have my love and attention now.
Ask your body what it needs from you.
Ask your body how you can support it.
And trust that your body holds an innate wisdom and a powerful capacity for self-healing.
Perhaps the answer will come to you as an image or a simple phrase.
Trust in the response and trust in your ability to hear it.
Listen to your body's signals with an open heart,
Knowing that your awareness and compassion are key to supporting its healing process.
With each breath,
Feel the healing light dissolve any tension,
Making space for ease and flow.
Imagine the light gently filling that area,
Softening the sensations,
And encouraging the energy to move freely through your body.
Stay with this for as long as you need,
Breathing,
Embracing and allowing the healing to take place.
Now,
Imagine that the area you've been focusing on grows warmer,
Brighter and more radiant with each passing moment.
Feel this warmth spreading outward as the healing light begins to shine from within,
Filling every cell,
Every tissue and every fiber of your being.
Visualize this radiance expanding through your body,
Illuminating your bones,
Softening your muscles,
Nourishing your connective tissues.
Imagine the light filling your blood vessels,
Energizing your organs and flowing through every intricate system within you.
Sense how these areas become extraordinary,
As if they are alive with a unique,
Glowing vitality.
Send a loving,
Warm smile to the part of your body you've been healing.
Then,
Extend that smile to your entire body,
Embracing it with gratitude and love.
Smile as if it were the gentlest way to thank God for your healing.
Thank your body,
A tender expression of the deep love and appreciation you hold for it.
Now,
Ask your body to remain open to love,
To the healing light and to the profound gratitude you feel for its miraculous work.
Let each breath moving forward be a conscious invitation for the healing light to flow freely within you.
Place your hand over your heart and feel its steady beat,
A gentle reminder of the life within you.
Say to your body,
I am here,
I see you,
I appreciate you and I take care of you.
Let this moment be one of connection and self-love.
Whenever you're ready,
Take a few deeper breaths,
Anchoring yourself in this feeling of lightness,
Love and connection.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Inviting your awareness back to your physical body and the present moment.
Notice the subtle shifts within you,
How your body feels now,
Lighter,
More at ease and alive with the energy of love and gratitude.
Sense that you are vibrating at a higher frequency,
The frequency of healing and harmony.
As you open your eyes,
Take this warmth and gratitude with you,
Knowing your body is a beautiful vessel of healing,
Love and limitless potential.
Let this sense of peace support you as you move through your day,
