I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Either sitting up or lying down.
Bring your focus to your breath and simply breathe in an easy,
Natural and relaxing rhythm.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Observing the rhythm of your breath like the ocean waves.
The waves come in and the waves go out,
In and out.
Enjoy a few moments to be present right here with the rise and fall of your breath.
As you relax deeper,
Begin to release any old energy that no longer serves you,
No longer supports you,
And no longer empowers you.
Letting it all fall down to the ground like leaves falling from a tree.
As you release and disconnect from this old energy,
Take a deep and cleansing breath in and a slow and steady breath out.
Again,

Know that this old energy is being received with love and compassion by Mother Earth for grounding,
Purification,
And renewal.
Letting go of the old makes way for the new.

Flexible roots drinking in the nutrients of this healing rainbow of light from the center of the Earth.
Visualize these seven colorful rays of light traveling up through your healthy root system,
In through the bottoms of your feet,
Traveling up your legs,
