Heart Chakra "I Love" Affirmation Integration With Reiki

Enjoy expanding your consciousness with the healing energy of Reiki and positive affirmations for your chakras. This practice begins with quality time to connect with your breath, relax your body, and establish a sacred space. You’ll receive the healing energy of Reiki to refresh your auric field and to activate the energy of your 7 main chakras.

This practice then guides you to focus on your heart chakra and the affirmation “I love”. You’ll then be guided to weave and integrate “I love” throughout your chakras from root to crown. As this integration takes place, a new and expanded affirmation is activated for each of your chakras.

Begin to settle into a comfortable position, Relaxing your body and connecting with the natural pace of your breath. Feel the natural pace of your breath moving in and out of your body. Begin to welcome the light of Reiki into your space. Feel this healing energy purifying the space in front of you and purifying the space behind you. Feel this healing energy purifying the space to the left of you and purifying the space to the right of you. Feel this healing energy purifying the space above you and purifying the space below you. And now, Feel the light of Reiki gently washing through your chakras, Starting at the very top of your head, Flowing through your crown chakra, Opening up your third eye to expand your perception and activate your imagination, Flowing through your throat, Your beautiful heart, Your solar plexus, Your sacral and your root chakra. Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Now bring your focus to your heart. Your heart chakra is located here at the center of your chest. Your heart chakra is empowered by the affirmation, I love. I love affirms your ability to openly give and receive love. I love giving and receiving words of encouragement. I love interacting with the seasons of nature. I love sharing quality time with my friends. Enjoy a moment to connect with your heart chakra and welcome in the frequency of I love.
