White Light Healing Meditation to ease stress and tension in the body. Allow yourself to receive whatever it is that you need from this guided meditation. By switching off and allowing the body to relax, we can calm the nervcous system therefore allowing healing and mindfullness to take place in the body.

White light healing meditation.

So I invite you to take a comfortable position,

Somewhere you won't be disturbed.

If you want to lie down go ahead and do so.

I'm going to start just by deepening a breath.

So just take a really slow deep inhale feeling the belly rise and a slow audible deep exhale.

So open your mouth,

Coming out and just two like that,

Two more like that together.

Deep inhale and you exhale,

HA and just the last one together.

Inhale and exhale,

HA.

And now just release any control of your breath.

Allow a slow and steady rhythm of your breath.

I'm going to start by seeing a beautiful divine white light entering the crown of your head.

It's like a beautiful sparkly ball of light and as it enters your head it just dissolves,

Melts away anything that you no longer need.

Any worry,

Tension in your brain,

Any tightness in your eyes,

Your forehead,

Your nose and see it coming up into your jaw.

Allow your jaw to soften,

A slight space between your teeth and then inviting this white light into your throat,

The back of your neck and feeling and seeing it coming into your heart,

Into the centre of your chest,

Completely melting away.

Any resistance you have to feeling self-compassion and compassion for others and feel it coming into your left shoulder,

Down your left arm into your left hand,

Breathing it up from your left hand to your left shoulder,

Back into the centre of your chest.

Now we're going to invite it into our right shoulder,

Down our right hand,

Coming up from the right hand up to the right shoulder,

Back into the centre of the chest and just feeling it into your back,

Right in the back,

Right behind your heart space,

Your upper back,

Middle back and lower back and see it coming into your whole belly,

Your internal organs and see and feel them just light up,

This iridescent luminous white light and see it,

Feel it into your whole torso and now inviting it into your pelvis,

Your sexual organs,

Your left buttock,

Your right buttock,

Down your left leg,

Into your calf,

Into your left foot,

Breathing out from there back into your pelvis.

Now inviting it into the right side,

The right leg all the way down to the right foot,

Breathing it back up into the pelvis.

Now from there I just want you to expand this light,

So imagine that this beautiful ball of lights expanding out four feet in front of you,

Behind you,

To your left,

To your right,

Above and below you,

So just radiating out this beautiful light and see if you can just push it out,

Expand it even more.

See how far you can expand this light.

Now coming back into the centre,

Your focus into the centre of your chest,

Just breathing here for a moment and from the centre of your chest I want you to extend this white light,

Send it to someone who needs this right now.

You can maybe see them completely lit up,

Completely relaxed,

At peace.

And coming back into your own body and just bathing once again in this beautiful healing light.

If there's any way on your body that really needs it,

You can direct that light there again.

You can also see in the trust that your body knows exactly what it needs from this light,

Exactly what it needs from this relaxing meditation.

So there's nothing else for you to do,

For you to be,

Just bathe here.

I'm just taking a few more deep breaths.

So again just start to deepen your breath and we're slowly and effortlessly going to come out of this.

So just breathing into the places that need it right now.

Start to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes and just inviting slight movement back into your body and if you're lying down and you needed to drift off to sleep just go ahead and do so.

But if you need to get up,

Just slowly take your time,

Drink a little water.

Have a wonderful day.
