The number one reason why people don't get results when trying to tackle joy issues holistically is because they don't have the foundations in place.

That can be because of two reasons usually.

One,

Lack of knowledge,

Because there's a lot of conflicting information out there.

It's a very busy world.

Number two,

They don't want to change.

And maybe on some level that also speaks to you.

Being attached to old ways of being is quite scary of what may happen of when you let go.

Because tackling joy issues holistically is yes,

It's about the tongue position,

Jaw exercises,

That's one part.

The other part is looking at your stress triggers,

Your emotions,

Your way of being with the world and with the people in your life.

It's because people don't get the basics right.

They might hear about this tongue position and they'll do it a little bit.

They'll get the tip of the tongue up to the palate and try to remember that and just wish for the best.

Tongue position,

Some people just put the tongue up there,

Just the tip and not the back part.

Why are they not putting the back part up there,

Which is the most important part?

Right,

And emotions,

Some people might just work on their stress levels a little bit trying to calm down,

Which they find helps a little bit,

But they don't see the real results because they don't go into things like self-expression,

Listening to their own truth,

Things that keep them in a cycle over and over again and make it really hard to get out.

Which can sound a little bit airy-fairy to some people,

But it's really important when it comes to balancing your nervous system and truly embodying who you are so your body no longer feels like it's fighting with its environment that it needs to clench up to protect you.

Or they just try to breathe a little bit through the nose,

Be a bit more relaxed,

But don't really focus down on switching from mouth breathing to nose breathing.

If these things are not in place,

It's no wonder that someone's not getting the results,

But they might be thinking,

Hey I'm doing all these things,

Why am I not getting results?

Well it's not really about the energy,

Putting all your energy into it,

But it's about getting it right.

Right,

So that's really key and you know there's no point to beat yourself up if you haven't done things quote unquote right up until now.

It's all a journey,

It's all a learning experience and there's probably a reason why you might not be doing it right too,

Why you keep putting it off.

Maybe you're stuck in a certain way of being that it's quite scary to get out of or whatever it may be,

There's something there to work on and that doesn't need to be a bad thing.

It could be quite a empowering and relieving thing once you get to the bottom of that,

That can impact all of your life not just your jaw.

And that's the number one reason why people don't have results is because they are only giving half of their effort,

Maybe because of lack of knowledge,

But often because old ways of being give certainty and are more appealing than stepping into the unknown.

But the unknown is also exciting and maybe you sense that that you're ready for change and we're really glad to support you in that process.
