Hello beautiful soul.
Welcome to this meditation.
Find your way into whatever posture works for you today.
We're going to be visualizing ourselves moving throughout our day that we have not yet begun.
So first coming into the breath,
Allowing the body a moment of grace,
Of ease,
Knowing you have nowhere to be but right here.
All that needs to get done can wait.
Focusing on the breath,
Big expansive inhales deep into the belly,
The ribs,
The chest,
And big exhales letting the body relax.
Allowing the breasts to be bigger and bigger without force,
Allowing the exhales to extend naturally,
Allowing the mind to ruminate joyfully in all that you've accomplished up until this moment of your life.
The connections you've made,
Relationships you've grown,
Accomplishments,
Personal growth,
Spiritual connections,
Creativity.
Knowing that much of your life today is a manifestation of what you dreamed of having,
Feeling abundance and all that is in front of you now,
Allowing yourself permission to just focus on the positives,
Picking one moment or accomplishment that your heart is particularly fond of and proud of,
Imagining how you felt that moment,
Holding yourself as you would hold a best friend,
Looking at yourself with worthiness,
Kindness,
Love,
Allowing yourself to see the potential,
And keeping this version of yourself in your mind and in your body,
Start to imagine the day ahead of you,
Imagining the harder moments that may unfold today along with the more joyful and restful moments,
Allow yourself to walk through your day that has not yet unfolded with this proud version of yourself,
Envisioning yourself showing up to the hard moments,
What would it look like if you were grounded,
Loving,
Worthy in your skin,
How would you talk to yourself if you trusted this proud version to do what needs to be done,
Envisioning what it would be like to show up fully,
To show up open-hearted,
Envisioning what it would feel like to move with flow and ease,
Noticing where you could alleviate suffering or resistance throughout your day even with the more challenging moments,
Envisioning yourself getting into bed later today and looking back over the day,
Envisioning yourself feeling proud,
Feeling inspired by your action and your way of being throughout the day,
Remembering that you are capable and worthy to show up fully for your day,
Taking another moment here,
And gently coming back to your space as you're ready,
