This is a beautiful transpersonal exercise,
A way to become more embodied and connect the mind and body.
So you can take a comfortable position seated or lying down.
As you get settled,
Taking a couple of cleansing breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Allowing the hands to take a comfortable position,
Dropping the shoulders,
Softening the belly.
As I repeat the phrases,
Feel free to say them out loud or in your head after I repeat them.
