The felt sense of the body is often far away. In this meditation, we drop into the body and attune the mind to living from this center. In a state of embodied Self, we can take in, moment by moment, all that we experience in life, staying present on every sensation. Our cells, organs, and tissues communicate and collaborate with each other in an uninhibited complex dance. This meditation will guide you through to feeling your body through mantras connected to different centers of the body.

Welcome to this meditation.

This is a beautiful transpersonal exercise,

A way to become more embodied and connect the mind and body.

So you can take a comfortable position seated or lying down.

As you get settled,

Taking a couple of cleansing breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Allowing the hands to take a comfortable position,

Dropping the shoulders,

Softening the belly.

As I repeat the phrases,

Feel free to say them out loud or in your head after I repeat them.

My arms and legs are heavy and warm.

I am at peace.

My belly is soft and radiant.
