In this manifestation meditation, we begin by settling the nervous system and relaxing the body. We use some gentle breathwork to assist with grounding. Then, we transition into calling a feeling in that we seek in our life at this moment. It may be abundance, play, connection, love, creativity, rest, ease, etc. With our feeling, we visualize how this would manifest in our life. What would life look and feel like if we already had the feeling.

Welcome to this manifestation meditation.

Allowing yourself to take a comfortable position,

Whatever that may be.

Allowing yourself to intuitively feel whether keeping your eyes open with a soft gaze or closing them would feel best.

And as you're ready gently coming into the breath.

As you inhale through the nose,

Breathing first into the belly,

Then the ribs,

Then the chest.

Exhale letting it go.

Exhale repeat this the next moment or so following your own rhythm in your own time.

Inhaling into the belly,

Then expanding the ribs,

And then the chest in one fluid inhale.

Exhale letting it all go.

As you stay with this breath,

Letting the hands release tension.

Letting the limbs become heavy.

Letting the face soften.

The whole body supported by the earth beneath you.

As I count down from 10,

The body becomes more and more relaxed.

Letting go.

Sinking deeper.

7,

6,

5,

Surrendering.

4,

3,

2,

1.

I'm approaching the most surrender you've felt yet.

Letting go.

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Allowing yourself to bring to mind what your heart's deepest calling is.

Need starting with the feeling.

Maybe it's abundance,

Connection,

Rest,

Ease,

Creativity.

Allow your body and your heart to focus on that feeling you've been calling in.

Noticing the body's response.

You feel into that feeling right now.

Taking the feeling you chose and creating an I am statement.

I am abundant or I am at ease.

Seeing the sensation in your body.

Visualizing what this looks like in your future.

Where are you when you're feeling this feeling?

What are you wearing?

Who are the people around you?

How are you spending your days?

What are you doing in your free time?

How does your body feel?

How is your heart feeling?

Playing in your vision as if it's already occurring now.

Enjoying that abundance or ease or whatever feeling you're calling in.

Enjoying it as if it's already here.

Would you speak to yourself differently if it was already here?

Would you look at others differently if it was already here?

How would you walk through space?

And gently coming into the body.

Letting the vision linger.

Letting the body stay in that state if that feels supportive.

Using the breath to settle.

Remembering that what you desire is right here,

Right now.

Amazing meditation! Saved and will do again and again, although I wish the end of it didn’t end so abruptly- I was so relaxed!
